Exactly what we were looking for. It looks and performs like the higher end brands for a fraction of the price. My husband said it was super easy that he installed it in 30 minutes.

I've put these toilets in several rental properties and they have outlasted fixtures that cost 5 times more. I came back to buy more to install in my own home and I'm disappointed that they don't seem to be offering them anymore. Bring these back!

Well after waiting for 1 year to get this toilet installed I'm so disappointed. In 8 years our old toilet plugged about 3 times. This toilet has been installed for 2 months and has plugged about 8 times. This is even using the big flush or both button flush. Wish I could return it. Very disappointing

I bought about 8 of these over the years for my rentals, as well as a couple for my own house. They seem pretty durable and I haven't had any problems until one of my own house toilets started leaking recently. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get parts!

We have 3 of these toilets... for almost 2 years. After 1 year, all internal tank parts had to be replaced on all of them. Two of the 3 leak all over the floor. We've tried several different seals and they continue to leak. Enough is enough and I just sent my husband out to Home Depot to buy new toilets. Don't waste your money... they are cheap for a reason.

Bought two of these five years ago while doing a renovation on a tight budget. They work beautifully, save water, and haven't had a clogged toilet since. I've been so pleased, I recommend these to clients and I recently bought three more for my mother's house .

Not sure why it is so difficult to provide the height of this toilet, but I installed one in the past few days and the height of the toilet is 16.5 inches from the floor to the top of the bowl WITHOUT the seat and lid installed. Hope this helps someone. Thanks.

We had 10 years of wonderful service from this toilet. However, as I began to replace worn out valves I did have to search with a good deal of difficulty for replacement parts. I did find most in “big box stores” but the oval shape of the top dual flush button makes it IMPOSSIBLE to replace when the spring wear out. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars. Very true it is ½ of the price of most toilets makes it a winner. Just expect to replace the whole unit if the button on top needs replacing.

This toilet is great. Flushes quickly and so far my son hasn't clogged it. lol The seat that comes with it is ok. I bought the soft closing one, unfortunately sams isn't carrying it anymore... but the toilet is awesome. I'm getting ready to buy another for my upstairs bath

The only reason I didn't give the dual flush toilet 5 stars, I had to replace the water supply hose that was included with the toilet after developing a leak after about 10 days of use. A miner problem easily fixed by swapping out the leaky hose with a new hose. Another bonus, everything you need for the installation comes with the toilet. I'm not the handiest person but I had no problem with the installation. Taking out the old and installing the new toilet took me just under 1-3/4 hours.
