Members Mark High Efficiency Dual Flush 2 Piece Toilet

I recently purchased this toilet and love it, works great.  I was going to replace a couple more, but was concerned about the inside valve (everyone eventually replaces them). I contacted customer service and ask about the valve. They informed me the product had a 5 year parts warranty, but if I wanted to purchase a spare it would cost $69.00 plus shipping. I now wish I had not purchased as I don't plan on replacing toilets every five years. Toilet cost $89 complete, but inside valve cost $69 (unbelievable).  Buyer beware!

Great Toilet, but replacement valve is $69.00

So far best toilet I have ever owned. Previous toilet clogged all the time, but this one has a very positive flush, and hasn't clogged once after 2 months use. Great price as well. I would easily buy a second one if I needed one for the other bathroom.
Can't get used to the buttons on the lid, however. Mounting was easy, but not sure the mount bolts were quite adequate, so may have to replace them.

Excellent toilet!

The other reasons being the company Members Mark! I bought 2 over three yrs ago. Easy to install. Very heavy. Worked great till yesterday. The water stopped shutting off after the flush on the upstairs bathroom. The float malfunctioned. Called MM and no questions of date purchased or sorry out of warranty. Just sending out replacement parts in the morning should receive in three days. That's 5 stars no matter how you slice it!

I have tried every way I can think to remove the cannister from this toilet and nothing. I have turned and pulled until I've gone mad and no removal.

Stuck cannister

All necessary parts for installation included. ie wax seal, reinforced water supply hose, closet bolts and caps.

Modern design, flawless flush, excellent quality.

I was optimistic about purchasing this toilet from Sam's club, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and it came with everything needed for installation.

Very fancy toilet!

Not easy to install, didn't come with washers or nuts for the bolts connecting bowl to resevoir. The seal for the resevoir doesnt seem to fit right, we'll see how long this lasts.

Missing parts

Toilet was received with large chunk of base broke off. Chunk of toilet was not found in box, so it was the company's failure to check quality before boxing.

Good toilet, if it came in one piece

i bought this about 2  months ago was so pleased with the product bought another for our other bath room. Works great, it has to flush option, one liquid the other solids and it works very well, better than our old toilet. Some of the reviews complainted about the toilet seat seemed flimsy but they work and feel very well. The installation went well except for two small rubber pieces that go between the base and the water tank, i placed them on the lip where they were suppose to go and one popped up and went down inside the toilet base, had to unbolt the base and turn upside down to get it out, when i put it back on i put the tank and the base together then slid the rubber pieces on the lip. ( still don't know what they are for ) 
There are plastic caps that go over the floor toilet bolts, they don't seem to work as they should or not for me, I found some at lowes for 2 dollars that work much better. I also bought and extra wax ring to put under the toilet for a better seal on the floor, this was not a fault with the toilet just a good practice with and old type plumbing in my house.
