Our old toilet still worked, but was soft chocolate ice cream brown. It used to fit in with the color theme, but we remodeled the bathroom in white. So for $90 we bought the Members Mark one just to match the decor. What we got was a great upgrade. The elongated bowl and higher seat are so much more comfortable. The slow closing lid prevents the seat from slamming. The smaller tank takes a lot less water to fill no matter if you use the quick or full flush buttons. And it came with all the parts to install including a wax ring and replacement flange bolts. I had the old bowl out and new one installed in 15 minutes.We like it so much we are going to replace the other toilet in the house too.

Got sick and tired of replacing the innards of my always-running builder toilets. Found this at the club, and was intrigued. Install was simple, and everything was included. This toilet works AWESOME. It is nice and tall, has a large "man space" oval bowl, flushes big or small depending on need, and has a cool slow drop lid. I can't believe its half the price of a "special buy of the day" model at a local box store. I just got done putting the second one in (gets easier each time), and will be doing 2 more. The installation instruction are awful. There is no parts list in the booklet showing what each part is, and the pictures showing the installations of the parts are so small you need a magnifying glass to see them. I also ended up with 3 extra parts that not shown anywhere in the instruction booklet and I have no idea what they are for. And the water supply line hose is only 12 inches long while it is about 15 inches from the tank connection to the floor, which made me have to buy a 16 inch water supply hose at a big box store. Since I have installed toilets before, I was able to install the toilet fairly easily, but the 3 extra parts with no mention of them in the instruction booklet are a concern. I could see how someone who has not installed a toilet before could easily make mistakes because of the poor instructions.

I bought this toilet yesterday to replace an older round one we've had forever. The main problem I had with installation wasn't with the toilet - my cast iron flange rusted out, so after going to Lowe's and buying an Oaten Twist'n'Set PVC flange, installation went well. Got it installed and looked, and on the side of the lid that is most visible there is a mark that shows up really well because the white surface makes it stand out. No way I'm taking this back now that it is installed, so check your finish for marks before you install.

I bought this for an old house that had an old "vanity" raiser, worked perfectly because the bathroom was so small, I had no room for flusher handle. With the top flush , it worked great and I am almost ready to purchase another, comes with everything you need to install, unlike other stores where everything is sold individual.

Very happy with this purchase. Tall toilet is very comfortable to use. Everything needed to install is in the box. Installation was easy, took less than 20 minutes. Only downside is that the plastic seat and lid are flimsy - we replaced it with a standard oblong wooden seat and now it's perfect.

The other reasons being the company Members Mark! I bought 2 over three yrs ago. Easy to install. Very heavy. Worked great till yesterday. The water stopped shutting off after the flush on the upstairs bathroom. The float malfunctioned. Called MM and no questions of date purchased or sorry out of warranty. Just sending out replacement parts in the morning should receive in three days. That's 5 stars no matter how you slice it!

I bought this three months ago after researching and pricing toilets for a while. I bought two at one time to replace our existing ones. They are ADA approved and the height is perfect. Our old ones were to short. I highly recommend these to anyone. You can't beat the price.

The toilet does everything it claims very well other than the seat. Something had to be cheap on it and that is it. The seats seem to be made for a smaller toilet. The supports overlap the bowl by about a half making it a surprise when you lean sideways and find yourself sitting on the cold bowl. The hinges are flimsy as well. The toilet works great though. I recommend it but keep a heads up on the seat.
