Just what I needed

Toilet was received with large chunk of base broke off. Chunk of toilet was not found in box, so it was the company's failure to check quality before boxing.

Good toilet, if it came in one piece

We have purchased 8 of these toilets over the last year.  We purchased 4 for our home and have been so pleased with them we went back and purchased 4 more for our office!  I love the soft close lid and seat and they are very easy to clean.  My only complaint is the lid is not strong enough to stand on (and I'm too short to reach the top shelf of the cabinet over my toilet) so I have to lift the lid and seat and stand on the porcelain rim.  It makes me nervous that I'll drop something in the toilet.  Overall, great purchase!!
