Toilet was received with large chunk of base broke off. Chunk of toilet was not found in box, so it was the company's failure to check quality before boxing.

Good toilet, if it came in one piece

i bought this about 2  months ago was so pleased with the product bought another for our other bath room. Works great, it has to flush option, one liquid the other solids and it works very well, better than our old toilet. Some of the reviews complainted about the toilet seat seemed flimsy but they work and feel very well. The installation went well except for two small rubber pieces that go between the base and the water tank, i placed them on the lip where they were suppose to go and one popped up and went down inside the toilet base, had to unbolt the base and turn upside down to get it out, when i put it back on i put the tank and the base together then slid the rubber pieces on the lip. ( still don't know what they are for ) 
There are plastic caps that go over the floor toilet bolts, they don't seem to work as they should or not for me, I found some at lowes for 2 dollars that work much better. I also bought and extra wax ring to put under the toilet for a better seal on the floor, this was not a fault with the toilet just a good practice with and old type plumbing in my house.
