Absolutely love the immunity shots! Had a sore throat for a few day and took one of these in the morning. By the evening, soreness resolved and I felt better than I had in several days. No GI issues experienced. No negative side effects to report at all. I'm also a nurse and I strive to stay healthy and prefer natural immune system boosts! Highly recommend!

I NEVER would've drank this had I known what it would do to my body. I was unfortunate enough to drink this on New Years Eve, so I almost missed the ball drop because I couldn't get off of the toilet. I've been cramping for hours. Couldn't tell if I was having a panic attack, had heartburn or had to use the bathroom. I recommend putting a warning somewhere on the label. I don't know many people who would be willing to go through this.

I have been using the product for a couple weeks with no negative effects. Being around sick co-workers prompted me to give this a try. YES is taste strongly of Ginger & Pepper. Ginger is great for immunity and digestion. I think anyone who has experienced negative effects is not used to clean ingredients. "ginger ale" barely contains ginger so when you get a product that has fresh organic ginger your body isn't used to it. Nothing wrong with the product, just something wrong with you.

I've been drinking these once every 2-3 days for several months now. There has been several viruses going around my workplace, getting everyone sick (stomach virus, covid, etc.) And I'm one of the only people totally unphased by them. This stuff really works!

I drank this at home, after I ate breakfast! And boy let me tell you, it caused stomach cramps which then lead to diarrhea. Drink this if your home and have access to bathroom! I ate a banana and drank some Gatorade to replace the electrolyte imbalance this caused. I can see why some people stayed in bed after drinking this. Dehydration and electrolyte imbalances from diarrhea is not a good combo. if you let dehyration continue without doing anything about it then your going to feel worse. The others who had no side effects of diarrhea are probably constipated so it's more likely a balance. A colon cleanse is not a bad thing all waste should be removed. However, the risk and benefits of drinking this should be reviewed. Be prepared to replace your self.

So my husband had a nasty cold and even visited the walk in clinic twice. With that being said .., I have a very weak immune system and always seem to catch a cold as soon as I am around someone with one. I drank this for three days and no cold in sight !! I can't say for certain that this did the trick.., but I believe it did !
