I begun using just three weeks, can't see any big difference, unless I tried next three months, then I can give honest reviews, but overall I really like this, taste awesome, turmeric contents are higher, I need to ran test in our lab then I ll know, how much amount of turmeric, in mean I I'll try to use three months, then will see about,
