I've been taking the turmeric and pineapple shots for about a year and I love them. The bottle says immunity but these have been great to help elevate my arthritis & stiffness. However, they are getting too pricey.

I took this shot (got it from HEB) around noon just wanting to boost my immunity for some self care Sunday. Boy... about an hour after I took it I had massive diarrhea that I haven't ever experienced before. Insane upset stomach that didn't go away after going to the bathroom. I've been to the bathroom 5 times since taking it, it's now 1 AM and I'm still awake with an upset stomach. I don't think this is a normal side effect but did see 2 other reviews saying the same thing so I guess beware it could happen. Not sure why this only effects some people as I don't have any allergies to the ingredients. I'm sure it's great for some but I am suffering! Feeling absolutely miserable and still ongoing

I have been taking the immunity defense shot by SUJA for a year now. I am not as consistent as I would like to be however ever since I have been taking these shots I immediately feel the boost of energy and feel like I can run a marathon. Even at a sign of a simple sniffle I immediately take one shot (morning, noon, and lunch for two days straight) and nothing ever seems to progress past the sniffle. I love this product however I would love it even more if it came packaged in a glass container. And maybe for those of us that keep the glasses and turn them in we get a discount so they can recycle for other things, etc.

I've tried all of the shots and love them all. I like the little pepper bite from the turmeric shot and at first thought there was sugar added but there is no sugar added, the sweetness is all natural. I highly recommend them and buy them ALLL OF THE TIME. as for diarrhea ... I don't know what ppl are talking about this has not affected me at all. sometimes I'm drinking 3-4 a day and no problem. please let me know if that's too many to drink in one day.

I have been suffering with inflammation for years and especially in my fingers! My fingers were inflamed every time I ate something that wasn't healthy and I bought so many cortisone creams to help with itch and give me some sort of relief. It was masking the problem but not resolving it... When I heard about this shot, I bought several boxes for months and I let me tell you I've never had any problems with my fingers again.. It helped with inflammation not only in my fingers but in my body from all the horrible unhealthy food for I have been eating for years..., I dealt with this for years!!!! Freakin crazy just thinking about all the money I wasted on creams ..I would say to anyone who suffers with inflammation this stuff works!!!!!!!!

I have been drinking Suja since about 2020, when I was diagnosed with an extremely rare disease, unknown cause, no cure, eventually fatal. Then I was told every case is different and I would just have to find what works best for me and I would be my own best researcher. WHAT!!?? The only advice Western Medicine had for me was to try to slow it down as much as possible to try to keep it from further progressing. I was in a tremendous amount of pain in my joints, abdominal, and digestive track.  Not to mention went from great skin, healthy weight (5'3" 115lbs) to extremely sensitive itchy skin, sores around my mouth & nose and weigh 180lbs (extreme bloating). My condition eventually paralyzes the stomach, the muscles of the stomach will no longer contract and the lining begins to cover itself with a type of scar tissue. Your stomach needs these functions to break down food and absorb all the things we need to survive and live.  Short story long... I went on a liquid diet for 1.5 years, no solid foods. I was given a list of things not to eat, which basically left me with nothing to eat. No nuts, high fiber-fruits & vegetables, seeds, beans, hard to chew foods.  Instead of water they recommend drinking kool-aid for the calories. I was so depressed after the first month, I couldn't imagine drinking protein drinks everyday for the rest of my life.   The Part You Have Been Waiting For: The first two years I was drinking different cold drinks that you find in the Produce section of your grocery store. My soul-sister told me about Suja, so I gave it a try but at that time there were only 1-2 kinds available and very limited amounts, plus expensive. I am not able to work and can't get assistance (my problem not yoursI).  I did start to notice a difference in how I felt, it would come and go.  Then I noticed my husband would buy the off brands, they too were cold-pressed and he said they were all the same...  NOT TRUE, when I went to only using Suja, the change must have been slow because at some point I noticed my joints do not hurt anymore and my inflammation is way down.  I DRINK 2-3 JUICE SHOTS A DAY, ALONG WITH 3-4 JUICES DRINKS, A VARIETY WHATEVER I CAN GET MY HANDS ON, plus 1 small meal, everyday for over 2 years now. This shot is amaaaazzziinngg!! I have been sick for a month now and I've been taking Tylenol cold pills, mucunex, Flonase for congestion and it helped a little, then After couple of days, I started to get sick again with increase congestion with fever. Doctors put me on antibiotics and I was feeling better, then I got sick after 2 days. I was tired of getting sick With increase cough with inflamed throat and wanted to give this shot a try. I took it once a day and amazing! I'm slowly recovering! Thank you for inventing this! How often do I need to take it?

I take one of these little spicy gems a day. Night and day difference for inflammation in my hands, i have arthritis and my finger joints ""freeze"" and become very painful. Once I started taking this i noticed a significant reduction in stiffness. Tumeric and ginger do wonders for inflammation! For those with a sensitive stomach, I would suggest taking after meals...its a powerful concoction with a zing! Thank you Suja for this excellent product.
