I have used puffs ultra for as long as I can remember. Love the flat folded feature. For awhile all I could get was the pop-up design and am delighted the flat folded ones are again available. I keep the boxes in a drawer so it doesn't matter what the box looks like other than it is nice to have the boxes pretty. However, everyone's idea of pretty or attractive is different. IIvyt would be nice to have permanant boxes available (such as metal , plastic or wood) to slip the cardboard ones in.

Not sure why you decided to make your puffs carry package just like Kleenex. The other package was much more convenient and the tissues were easier to retrieve from the package. Can you tell me if there's any place I can find the previous packaging on sale?

We have used Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong in our home for years simply because the quality was, for us, worlds above the competition. Loved the Puffs To Go; however, was very disappointed the last time I purchased Puffs To Go to find that they are now smaller, do not feel as soft and are packaged to look like all the other tissues on the market. Please go back to the distinctive Puffs To Go that we have learned to love.

I love everything about the Puffs facial tissues. The tissues are super soft, durable, and super absorbent. I like to buy small packages and we have them around the house, in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and in the car. Also, the box is portable, with no scent, has a nice image design, and is always ready when needed, for running noses or just a wipe. I would recommend it, it's a great value product.

I'm a long-time Puffs consumer. Friends considered me overly picky when I mentioned it to them. I've even complained to my local grocery that reduced the stock of Puffs boxes to put up their own generics. But what has happened in recent months? My last 6 or 8 boxes of both the Ultras and the Lotion are thinner than they used to be--they tear much easier--and are even scratchy. I thought the old Puffs always felt soft and strong; I paid more to pamper my sore nose. :-) Next visit to the store, I will start trying competing brands again, unfortunately. Is this just quality control? Some reviews are still very positive, which makes me wonder if this is a hit and miss thing. But I bought a 4-pack of the Lotion Plus, thinking they must be better, but no--there's lotion on scratchy tissues than can easily have holes poked through them. Also, I hate the practice of reducing the count to keep the price the same. We're not stupid, we know that the costs have gone up, but now we have to replace boxes more often. Just charge more if you have to! Of course, if the quality doesn't improve, that may be a moot point for me.

Years ago, I tried Puffs because I had to use several tissues at one time of another brand to not have them come apart while using them. I tried Puffs and wow, what a nice difference. I was very happy and have not purchased another brand since. However, here lately, the quality, density and softness have disappeared and they are still higer priced than competitors brands, They are no better and definitely not worth the additional cost any longer. You have lost a customer of many years. Was it worth it to you?.

I like puffs and that is what we use all the time. But I think whoever is deciding on the colors for the boxes needs to rethink what they are doing. Not everybody like wild colors and designs. My house is in country colors and they are muted. I can't stand to bring home these wild or big designs and colors and set them in my house. A box of tissues should not be the center piece in a home. I want them to blend in .

I purchased the Puffs Ultra Strong and Soft from a Bulk Store. Without fail every box after only pulling out a few sheets from the box, the rest collapse and hard to get to over and over again. It appears there are far fewer sheets in the same larger size original box. Very frustrating as I buy other brands and this never happens. Will avoid Puffs brand in the future.

I have used Puffs for decades. My 91 year old mom will only purchase puffs. The quality has gone downhill. The tissue is thin and abrasive. I just had the flu and used up a box and a half and was wishing I'd purchased another brand. Please go back to your original quality!

We are long-time users of Extra Strength Puffs (over 20 years). On a recent shopping trip we noticed that the cost had doubled and was no longer affordable, so we tried the new Puffs Basic. These tissues are comparable to store brand/generic and are not worth the money. I find myself in an awkward position of having to try another brand to find a balance of quality and affordability.
