I've been using Puffs, regular and with lotion, for years and buy no other tissues. However, the designs on the boxes for the past 3-4 years are pretty unattractive. Please return to some of your more traditional patterns with flowers, pretty holiday themes at Christmas, etc.

The Puffs like always are great. Soft yet strong. However, your box designs just keep getting uglier. Some of the designs are so bad I try to keep them out of sight instead of where they can be easily reached. You used to have beautiful boxes to match the decor of any room now you have gaudy ugly boxes that don't go with anything. I'm really disappointed with the newest designs.

We are long-time users of Extra Strength Puffs (over 20 years). On a recent shopping trip we noticed that the cost had doubled and was no longer affordable, so we tried the new Puffs Basic. These tissues are comparable to store brand/generic and are not worth the money. I find myself in an awkward position of having to try another brand to find a balance of quality and affordability.

I purchased the Puffs Ultra Strong and Soft from a Bulk Store. Without fail every box after only pulling out a few sheets from the box, the rest collapse and hard to get to over and over again. It appears there are far fewer sheets in the same larger size original box. Very frustrating as I buy other brands and this never happens. Will avoid Puffs brand in the future.

We have used Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong in our home for years simply because the quality was, for us, worlds above the competition. Loved the Puffs To Go; however, was very disappointed the last time I purchased Puffs To Go to find that they are now smaller, do not feel as soft and are packaged to look like all the other tissues on the market. Please go back to the distinctive Puffs To Go that we have learned to love.

Not sure why you decided to make your puffs carry package just like Kleenex. The other package was much more convenient and the tissues were easier to retrieve from the package. Can you tell me if there's any place I can find the previous packaging on sale?

I always purchase Puffs ultra strong ultra soft in the 3 pack rectangles. The last 9 boxes have been a disappointment because they were neither. the first time , it seemed there was a bad batch in the box but then it was more frequent until the whole box was a bad batch. I really do not want to switch to something else because I thought I'd found the best. BTW. the designs are hideous.

In terms of softness, its is perfect. But in design iit really sucks that every time you pull a tissue out you have to dig in the box for more tissue. It definitely holds all the snot without seeping through and grabbing another tissue while I fight with the box. I definitely won't buy it again for daily use.

Puff brain tissues are superior to any other brand. They're so soft, absorbent, and overall just a great product with amazing quality. The packaging is always aesthetically pleasing so you don't have to hide them behind anything. Bonus points for always being great value for the quality.

I like the quality of Puffs tissues, but finding the version without lotion is a challenge and the colors and designs on the boxes are absolutely hideous. The 80s called and want their ugly southwest looking patterns back! Could we have some neutral color options and more modern patterns please!?! The box art has forced me to switch to a different brand with poorer (imo) quality.
