I love the Soft and Strong tissues without the lotion. I can't seem to find them in the large boxes anymore. They only seem available in the little square boxes or small rectangle boxes. Are they still packaged in the larger rectangle boxes? The only large boxes I can find are the Puffs basics, which fall apart easily, or the ones with lotion, which I really don't like the feel of.

I have looked everywhere for the Puffs To Go, I have used them for many years but the new packaging is not exceptable. They are harder to open, harder to get out and smaller in size than the old Puffs To Go. If this is the "newer and improved" I will have to change after all these years. Please bring the old packaging back!

For years, I have relied on and trusted Puffs to clean my prescription eyeglasses without fear of scratching my lenses. I am wondering if the Basic tissues will scratch, so I'm sticking with the Ultra Soft and Strong product. I have been ordering Puffs at office supply stores for my workplace, but now few stores are stocking them. Do you know the reason? I like the pop-up packaging, but I also like the larger boxes with more tissues. I wish both qualities could be combined into one product. I do not have a problem with designs on the packaging, but I probably prefer neutral color scheme best. Thanks!

I have used Puffs for decades. My 91 year old mom will only purchase puffs. The quality has gone downhill. The tissue is thin and abrasive. I just had the flu and used up a box and a half and was wishing I'd purchased another brand. Please go back to your original quality!

The quality has been horrible. It's like using sandpaper. Even when my niece and nephew were toddlers, they knew how soft the tissues were, enough to tell my sister they wanted the tissues Aunt Moe had. No longer true. I'll be changing brands, unless the quality comes back. P&G must think American consumers aren't that bright if they think we'll continue to buy a product that keeps getting made in such poor quality.

I have used puffs ultra for as long as I can remember. Love the flat folded feature. For awhile all I could get was the pop-up design and am delighted the flat folded ones are again available. I keep the boxes in a drawer so it doesn't matter what the box looks like other than it is nice to have the boxes pretty. However, everyone's idea of pretty or attractive is different. IIvyt would be nice to have permanant boxes available (such as metal , plastic or wood) to slip the cardboard ones in.

I am a laryngectomy. In other words, I have survived cancer of the Larynx. I breathe thru a permanant hole in my neck. When I sneeze, I also sneeze thru that same hole. Not an easy task. I've said all of that to say this...The new packaging is very dificult to use. It is extremely hard to get the tissue out and unfolded in time to cover this hole in my neck before I sneeze. I know everyone sneezes but when it comes from a hole in your neck, you tend to get a lot of stares. Surviving cancer is hard enough without that. I go thru a cube box about every two or three days. Needless to say, I should buy stock in your company but with the change in the packaging, I don't think so. I have to say, the new package is the talk of my support group. We all are having a time with it. Dealing with the challenges of cancer is bad enough without having to deal with a product that was once great and one small comfort, just to have it taken away. I know this all sounds petty to you, but to someone like me, it's a big deal. Please go back to your old package. If I wanted to buy Kleenex, I'd buy it. I WANT MY OLD PUFFS BACK!!

As long time users of Puffs, we are baffled as to the market research that went into this product rollout. The larger box is too big! It doesn't fit under the decorative covers in our bathrooms. It is difficult to get the first dozen or so tissues out of the box. It uses more nightstand real estate. It is more difficult to place in both of our vehicles. It is more difficult to store in our linen closet. PLEASE DON'T let this product manager touch any other product! We are actively looking at alternative products in more practical containers.

in a household full of allergy sufferers, I grew up using your competitor. When I got my first apartment, I switched to Puffs and have been a loyal customer since 1979. Now I'm very disappointed. Aside from the tissues being thinner than they used to be, the box designs are just plain ugly!!! You used to have pretty boxes in colors that matched anyone's decor but now they look like they were painted by an angry child with only dark angry colors. Please change the boxes and bring back the thicker tissues.

Puffs has really lost quality in the past year,,, they're not as strong as they were 1 or 2 yrs ago. They're definitly thinner and a LOT less absorbent. I've been buying PUFFS for quite a few years cause I felt they wer better than KLEENEX, but I'm having second thoughts about PUFFS Now went I blow my nose the stuff goes practically through the tissue,,, I have to use 2 tissues now instead of 1. Also thee's LESS in the boxes and yous raised the prices to where it' s getting to expensive to buy. PUFFS BASIC is really terrible, I tried them cause at the store those were the only ones in multi packs Yes I' m switching to KLEENEX!!! The boxes are totally UGLY too.
