As long time Puff users, my wife and I have noticed 2 disturbing trends. First the old Puffs were stronger and softer than the Basic. We do not like the lotion ones and often cannot find anything but Basic orPlus lotion. The second problemis except for thje cubes, Puffs no longer come in pop up boxes. As a victim of advanced arthritis, I have a hard time getting the other tissues out especially if in a hurry. Loosing our old Puffs in the pop up boxes is like loosing an essential tool, but life goes on and we are now buying a different brand that is softer and stronger than the Basic and comes in pop up boxes. We will continue to look at Puffs in the hope the old style of tissues and boxes return.

These are my favorite tissues. I have a lot of allergies and sinus problems, so I need to have tissues available wherever I am. When I was visiting family over Thanksgiving weekend, I had to use another brand of tissues, and they disintegrated when I used them. I was so happy to be back home with my Puffs!

I like puffs and that is what we use all the time. But I think whoever is deciding on the colors for the boxes needs to rethink what they are doing. Not everybody like wild colors and designs. My house is in country colors and they are muted. I can't stand to bring home these wild or big designs and colors and set them in my house. A box of tissues should not be the center piece in a home. I want them to blend in .

When it comes to tissue when you have a cold or allergies, aad your blowing or wiping your nose constantly. I definitly need a good soft tissue that wont make your nose all red and swollen. These are the best i've tried yet. with the soft pillowey feeling. these tissues are a keeper

Biggest gripe is reduction from 216 to 180 tissues per big box. I like the bigger boxes. Second biggest gripe is the new box colors and designs. They are gaudy, bordering on the obnoxious, and don't fit with traditional decor. Thirdly, it appears the quality has been lessened.

I've used Puffs for decades. The quality has declined. Often there is only a single ply tissue, or one half folded, but every box purchased in recent months always has a small folded stack at the bottom. WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THAT? At first I thought it was a fluke, but then it kept happening with every...single...box. I'm switching to another brand until you prove those issues are fixed.

I love everything about the Puffs facial tissues. The tissues are super soft, durable, and super absorbent. I like to buy small packages and we have them around the house, in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and in the car. Also, the box is portable, with no scent, has a nice image design, and is always ready when needed, for running noses or just a wipe. I would recommend it, it's a great value product.

I logged onto this website to see if there was any news on a change to the PUFFS product. Then I saw other reviews that confirms people are noticing a change. I have found that my old PUFFS BASIC in the rectangular pop-up boxes are much softer than my newly purchased Ultra Soft & Strong. I never expected that, but I am obviously not the only one to notice the lesser quality.

I've been a Puffs customer for over 35 years. I love, love, love Puffs Ultra, but can't stand the designs or colors of the boxes. The only box design I'll purchase is with beige and white dots. All others clash with my home decor. p.s. I notice that the other box designs/colors stay on the grocery store shelves much longer than the boxes with the beige and white dots design.

I also do not like the new tissue, it is not as thick as the old ones and since you changed the texture the "moisture" just smears around instead of absorbing like your old product use to. They are similar now to the competition and I wouldn't buy those for that reason. If the new product continues as is I will also have to look for another brand. I also agree with the other reviews that the new box design is inconvienent, I personally go thru two boxes a week and if I run out I would take a bunch from another room and insert them in another box. I'm sorry you changed a perfect product.
