We both have allergies beyond the range of medicine and OTCs. So we have sneezes and the dreaded ‘runnies'. With many wipes during the day, Puffs allow us to catch the drip and avoid the raw red noses that many other brands cause. Sometimes we pay a little more but we don't find other brands can do more.

In the past years I always relied on puffs to be soft and comforting the last box of tissues that I purchased of your brand was such a ruff texture that I would find a better tissue using newspaper what happened? I want my old puffs back they were so soft and nice but not anymore

I would have said yes to this product yesterday, but today when I opened the box and used a tissue, I thought I was using sand paper. What happened? Did this box not get any softener? I was completely surprised and disappointed. I sincerely hope this was a bad batch and not what I will have to look forward to in the future! This product has been my favorite - now - not at all. I will try another box because it is on my shelf. If the sandpaper items continue, I will no longer be a user of Puffs.

I am 64 years old, so I have been blowing my nose for a long time and Puffs Extra Soft and Strong are the ONLY tissues that I can use that do not tear open when blowing my nose! PLEASE, PLEASE do not change or discontinue production of these wonderful tissues!!

I spent all weekend checking stores to find the big box of Ultra Puffs, only to come online and find they've been discontinued. I'm not sure why you bother with the regular Puffs at all, why don't you discontinue those and just give us the strong ones? I don't always want lotion in my tissue (only when I have a cold) and these seriously are the best thing ever. Please bring back both the large and travel size packages. I never purchased the cubes!!

Ultra Soft is too thin and lacks coverage, so I switched to Kleenex, which feels like the original Puffs. Growing up, I always called tissues Puffs. It's disappointing to have to use the Kleenex name, as I once preferred Puffs for its quality and price, which no longer holds true.

Puffs ultra soft tissues are not soft anymore. They are less absorbent, thinner, and abrasive to the nose. You have ruined what used to be a great tissue. I used to love puffs but not anymore. It feels like your scratching your nose with wood. Shame on you for changing the puffs and ripping people off.

I'm reviewing the rectangle shaped box with the open top, not the type shown here. It seems every box I get has a bunch of tissues towards the end, folded over and difficult to grab. I don't see why they can't get the tissues packed into the boxes properly, all flat.

I have bought this product for a long time but have become unhappy with it now.The 2-ply tissues come apart as I try to use them. In the 124 count boxes at the bottom of the box the tissues are folded in half, so I don't believe I am getting the full 124 count.

I have a 2 month old son and he has had a runny nose for a little while, and I was using the generic brand of tissues and his poor nose was all red, and you could tell that it hurt. So I was shopping one day and decided to try Puffs Ultra and I just love them! His nose doesn't seem to hurt when I use Puffs Ultra on him and it doesn't get red either! Thank you for making motherhood a little easier!
