As long time Puff users, my wife and I have noticed 2 disturbing trends. First the old Puffs were stronger and softer than the Basic. We do not like the lotion ones and often cannot find anything but Basic orPlus lotion. The second problemis except for thje cubes, Puffs no longer come in pop up boxes. As a victim of advanced arthritis, I have a hard time getting the other tissues out especially if in a hurry. Loosing our old Puffs in the pop up boxes is like loosing an essential tool, but life goes on and we are now buying a different brand that is softer and stronger than the Basic and comes in pop up boxes. We will continue to look at Puffs in the hope the old style of tissues and boxes return.

Like several other reviewers have noted, the new cubes no longer fit into decorative boxes. The Puffs Folks must realize there has been a longstanding accessory industry with probably millions and millions of folks in the same situation. My dad had a cottage industry years ago making decorative, inlaid wood box covers. Now they're useless (but still gorgeous). It's a fact that it takes two hands to withdraw a single tissue unless the box is anchored in a heavier cover. Nothing like dangling a box of Puffs by a tissue when you're trying to get one quick, with your other hand busy holding back the sneeze! Please change the box size back the way it was. Prior to the pandemic I've always felt the quality of this product was excellent. Unfortunately now blowing my nose with the tissue is like using 400 grit sandpaper. I thought paying for quality meant receiving quality. Times are tough. Maybe it's time to buy it from a dollar store. At least I won't be disappointed when I open the box.

After spending a career in marketing, I have a great deal of appreciation for the millions of dollars that is spent to get NAME RECOGNITION! Unfortunately, this valuable name can become worthless when a new product is introduced that does not meet the exacting standards of the original product! I would think P & G would know this better than anyone else! I can accept the 16.6% reduction in quantity (216 to 180), in order to keep the prices the same, but I cannot accept the the QUALITY issue! To protect your image, I would suggest you change the brand to SPOOFS. My wife has been using Puffs ever since they were introduced. She will be looking for a better quality product the next time around. I would hope P & G learns from this diastrous mistake! My stores only offerred alternatives with lotion, which my wife does not like.

I have been buying yr product for awhile. I noticed something in my last few boxes. When you come near the end there is a few tissues on top of each other piled so that they take the space of a full box. It's tissues folded in half is the best way to explain it. So the box isn't full like it should be.I was very surprised at this. What's the reason ??? Other companies don't do this !!

What's happened to the "soft and strong" lately? The tissues remind me of other brands which I haven't used in a long time because their tissues are extremely thin. I used to love Puffs because they could stand up to actual nose-blowing. With the new box design the tissue density is noticeably less. So sorry this has happened.

I'm been buying Puffs most of my life (40 years) and I don't know what has happened but they're simply are not soft anymore. It doesn't matter whether you buy the Basic or Ultra Strong & Soft. I think someone it trying to increase a profit margin at the expense of consumers. For the first time in 40 years I'm going to try other brands!

Ultra Soft is too thin and lacks coverage, so I switched to Kleenex, which feels like the original Puffs. Growing up, I always called tissues Puffs. It's disappointing to have to use the Kleenex name, as I once preferred Puffs for its quality and price, which no longer holds true.

I am 64 years old, so I have been blowing my nose for a long time and Puffs Extra Soft and Strong are the ONLY tissues that I can use that do not tear open when blowing my nose! PLEASE, PLEASE do not change or discontinue production of these wonderful tissues!!

I spent all weekend checking stores to find the big box of Ultra Puffs, only to come online and find they've been discontinued. I'm not sure why you bother with the regular Puffs at all, why don't you discontinue those and just give us the strong ones? I don't always want lotion in my tissue (only when I have a cold) and these seriously are the best thing ever. Please bring back both the large and travel size packages. I never purchased the cubes!!
