I LOVE PUFFS with or without lotion they are really great either way, they are soft, and when my children gets sick with a running nose they reach for puffs to blow their noses on, it doesnt hurt their noses like the other tissues does, WE LOVE PUFFS TISSUES PLEASE DONT STOP MAKES THEM THEY ARE THE BEST TISSUE AROUND!!!!!

For decades, Puffs have been the best available tissue. In the past several months, the quality has slipped to new lows. Ultra soft is no longer soft, but very thin and noticeably inferior. The box used to read strong and soft. Now it is neither. Sadly, I will have to try another brand, until you return production to the former soft tissue.

I absolutely love this brand and its tissues. I use it daily regardless of the weather. It's soft and does not leave any flaky residue on your face. It's also strong enough to withstand a couple of uses at a time. I highly recommend this brand if you are looking for a sturdy yet soft tissue to comfort you throughout the day!

Like several other reviewers have noted, the new cubes no longer fit into decorative boxes. The Puffs Folks must realize there has been a longstanding accessory industry with probably millions and millions of folks in the same situation. My dad had a cottage industry years ago making decorative, inlaid wood box covers. Now they're useless (but still gorgeous). It's a fact that it takes two hands to withdraw a single tissue unless the box is anchored in a heavier cover. Nothing like dangling a box of Puffs by a tissue when you're trying to get one quick, with your other hand busy holding back the sneeze! Please change the box size back the way it was. I have never bought anything but Puffs for years.......nothing could compare. But lately, all I can find is a little rectangular box of Basics (which are horrible).....not the large rectangle box of Ultra Soft and Strong. Also, the purse size of Ultra Soft and Strong is no longer available. It is so disappointing that you have changed such a good product. I am now searching for another tissue supplier that will come close to what you used to produce. I just don't understand why give up something that was so good for such an inferior tissue. If you still make the large rectangular box of Ultra Soft and Strong, I would like to know where in Houston to find it. No grocers or drugstores seem to carry it any more......only the Basics.

have tryed others but they don't work like Puffs, when you have a cold you don't get sore nose, I have allergies where i get shots every week and i still need more and still have my puffs at work and in Truck and at home. You make the best that hold up.

After spending a career in marketing, I have a great deal of appreciation for the millions of dollars that is spent to get NAME RECOGNITION! Unfortunately, this valuable name can become worthless when a new product is introduced that does not meet the exacting standards of the original product! I would think P & G would know this better than anyone else! I can accept the 16.6% reduction in quantity (216 to 180), in order to keep the prices the same, but I cannot accept the the QUALITY issue! To protect your image, I would suggest you change the brand to SPOOFS. My wife has been using Puffs ever since they were introduced. She will be looking for a better quality product the next time around. I would hope P & G learns from this diastrous mistake! My stores only offerred alternatives with lotion, which my wife does not like.

The reason I write is to tell you that there is nothing to compare with Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong. Also, I want to encourage you not to change a thing about this product. Any time that I am forced to use another product I am incredibly disappointed and at the same time reminded how superior your product is. I have been buying yr product for awhile. I noticed something in my last few boxes. When you come near the end there is a few tissues on top of each other piled so that they take the space of a full box. It's tissues folded in half is the best way to explain it. So the box isn't full like it should be.I was very surprised at this. What's the reason ??? Other companies don't do this !!

For many years I would only purchase Puffs brand. Over the past couple of years I have probably purchased at least two or three dozen cubes. They are double ply and come apart very easily - I really wish they had the durability and quality they had for years.
