I luv Puffs

Puffs are the only tissues i've used as far back as i can remember. They're soft and strong, however i have to say i'm disappointed in the dispensing method that they're using now! I don't like the pop-up box. The previous packaging was much more convenient, as i could take stacks of the puffs and place in my handbag to take with me. Also, i'm finding that the tissues tend to separate and pull apart in the new dispensing method. The previous boxes also had a larger quantity in them, I really wish you would consider going back to the old packaging method!

Dislike the new box-change it back!

Please revert to the old style box. This is why I bought Puffs Ultra - for the convenience of taking a handful for a trip or putting a few in my pocket. They are better than the packet tissues. You had a unique box but now you are just like Kleenex. Please leave well enough alone. Thanks.

Tissues are getting smaller

After using this product for many years I will be buying another brand. I know that my nose has been getting bigger as I aged but not that big where I have to glue two tissues together. Go back to the original size and charge more. Price increase due to volume reduction doesn't work with tissues

We want to be there for your nose in need. Since we haven't made any recent changes to our facial tissues, this really isn't something we'd expect. We'd like to learn more about your experience and try to help. Please give us a call at (800) 777-8337 when you have a moment so that we can further assist you.

Another Price Increase

The Puffs non-lotion tissues are great, but here we go again with another one of P&G's price increases. Labeled "NEW" were the boxes, but upon closer examination it was the same product in the same packaging, but with fewer tissues. Shame on you for another deceptive price increase.

I'm sorry you were disappointed. We did upgrade the tissues 8/10, making them softer and more flexible. P&G didn't increase the price. We try to keep our manufacturing costs as low as possible so we can offer our Puffs at an affordable price. Sometimes, though, costs of ingredients or packaging materials increase, and we're faced with a tough decision. We can either raise the price or change the amount in the package, as we did in this case. Since the price is at the stores discretion, I would definitely shop around for the best value. Thanks for sharing!

no more puffs for us

We have used Puffs for years and since the box has been diminished and the texture degraded we will now switch to Kleenex. Just bought a box of Kleenex and they are much softer and much stronger than the Puffs. We will not use Puffs again unless they reverse their changes. We are not the only people noticing the difference. It appears the policy is "save a penny and cost a dollar".

Puffs Ultra Soft & STRONG (without lotion)?

The old boxes say up to three times stronger, now, no mention of that. Now the box only says "ultra soft." Your website now says twice as strong as... Guess I wont be buying your brand anymore. Not worth the additional price, I'll purchase another brand. Not happy with the new product.

reply from Response from Puffs

We'd be sad to see you go, and we hope you'll give us another chance! We recently changed the name of our Ultra Soft & Strong tissues to simply Ultra Soft, and there was no change in the design or quality of the tissue itself. We hope this helps clear up any confusion, but if you have any questions at all, please give us a call at (800) 777-8337.

Long-time Puffs user

For years, I've kept a box of advanced-strength Puffs (I think that was the original name - now Ultra?) in every room and in my car. A tissue that doesn't shred --- brilliant! I've also carried the travel pack, when I could find it in stores. I buy treated Puffs when I have a cold; they are great for soothing an abused nose. I don't care what color the box is! I'm much more interested in quality and price.

Not up to past standards

I thought perhaps it ws just me, but after reading many of the reviews of Puffs I can see that there are many of us that have noticed the reduction in the overall product, thinner and not as soft. We have tried going from the Basic to the Ultra, and don't see much difference other than the reduced amount (124) After many years of being a Puffs user, unless the product improves, I'll be looking for another Brand.

Soft and Strong?

What's happened to the "soft and strong" lately? The tissues remind me of other brands which I haven't used in a long time because their tissues are extremely thin. I used to love Puffs because they could stand up to actual nose-blowing. With the new box design the tissue density is noticeably less. So sorry this has happened.
