Puffs Ultra has the strength to handle a good clearing, without shredding, or leaving a residue on your face or hands. In a house of allergy sufferers, it is nice to be able to choose the box size you need. Cube in the bathroom, where there isn't as much use, regular in the bedrooms, where they are used when waking up, or going to bed, and the larger family size, in the living room and gaming room, where there is more activity. Unfortunately, finding any size other than the cube is getting harder, here in the Twin Cities.

Please kick your design team and make some pretty boxes that will go with people's home décor. Who the heck has turquoise and purple???? Need browns, greens, oranges, yellows and red. COME ON PEOPLE!!!! Best tissue, I still buy it even with the goofy boxes.....

Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong were the best tissues possible. Now I cannot find them, only Puffs Soft and Strong. While these are okay they are not what I am used to and what I have come to depend on. I have year round allergies and am never out of tissues.I went to several stores looking for my regular tissues but could only find this new version and am very upset about it. They are not as soft or strong. I tried to use Contact us to say this but could find no way to do so.

I have been purchasing Puffs Ultra for years for the softness and strength in the regular size boxes. I have year round allergies and have noticed a decline in the thickness and quality. I have even had very thin tissues between some layers. I hope this is just an anomaly and not a decrease in the overall quality. Thanks

If anything lessens ones misery while enduring colds, flu or allergies besides prayer, I believe the answer is Puffs. I am always pleasantly surprized when I lift a tissue to my nose, I don't have the usual reaction of additional discomfort . Just a smooth, soft and soothing touch. I'm sold.

I love Puff's tissues. I wouid highly recommend them, however, I do not like the new box design. One of the reasons I purchases Puff's was because it was easy to grab a handful of tissues to put in my purse. I didn't have to pull out one at a time and fold them and then put them in my purse. I would love to have the old style box back. I know my mother feels the same way. There are other tissues on the market and the box style really set you apart.

I have been a loyal customer of puffs tissues for 20 year but the last several boxes have been awful. I tried the ultra soft hoping for a better results. Truthfully the first few in the boxes weren't bad, but now they are like sand paper. This an on going problem since shortly after Covid pandemic started. I'm so disappointed

Just what you need when you have a stuffy nose. Super soft and non irritating. We all know how many times we have to wipe our noses when we are sick and after a while it hurts. With these no such thing. Easy to use packaging and very affordable. Would recommend.

As person with many sinus issues, I prefer puffs. My favorite is the Ultra Soft and Strong, though I'll buy/use the basic. Because other brands are often bought in bulk by companies for office use, I always bring in my own box (now softpack) of Puffs.

I always thought that tissues were packaged in a way that you pullout 1 tissue and the second was primed to be removed. Nope doesn't work that way anymore. You pull 1 and 3 and a half comes out! Now that the box is partially used it appears that the tissues are no longer interconnected but in a roll! If I wanted toilet paper in a box I would have made a box myself and loaded a roll of the finest toilet paper in it. Bad packaging!
