I have been a loyal Puffs user for many years. For the last few months I have not been able to find the Soft and Strong that were my favorites. I can find soft and I can find strong and neither of them are either strong or soft!! My husband suggested that I quit buying these cheap 1 ply tissues. They were Puffs, but not up to the high standard I expect from Puffs!

I am extremely disappointed with the new packaging of the Puffs To Go. The previous package was soft and pliable and still able to close together protecting the tissues. The old style protected the tissue in my purse, and it was soft enough for my husband to carry in his jeans pocket. I am NOT happy with the new packaging as it appears almost exactly like the Kleenex types. It is not soft and pliable and does not contain full size tissues. I used to go in the store I purchased the OLD STYLE and buy all they had on the shelf. Today I found the new style. I chose not to buy this product. I have rated the new Puffs To Go with one star and I will not be recommending this new style package to anyone. Please, please bring back the old package. A very large number of your customers have posted to ask for the old style to return. Please listen to the customers! Thanks for listening.

Our family has purchased Puffs tissues for over 25 years. Before the designation of "Ultra Soft" the regular Puffs were our preference. Now the last several boxes of Ultra Soft have shown that you've traded the softness for a harsh, Kleenex-like feel with lines imprinted in the tissues that make it tough and scratchy. My decades with Puffs has ended.

I have read several reviews on this website and it appears numerous customers want the old packaging returned. We do not like the pop up boxes. I'm not sure how much business you will need to lose in order for you to listen to our requests. My next shopping trip will be targeted towards another brand until you actually listen to your customers.

I love the product, however, I had an issue with the last several boxes I purchased. They are packed so tightly that you have to destroy 4-5 tissues to get to the place where you can start pulling them out and have a whole tissue. I have pictures of how badly they first 4-5 come out of the box.

Having allergies, I am constantly using tissues. When my nose gets sore from blowing, I count on Puffs Ultra Soft to be gentle. The boxes come in nice designs that will go with any decor. Reasonably priced for a tissue that's not only really soft, but strong as well!

i've used puffs to go since last year. it's soft and strong as advertised. the packaging is great: very efficient and convenient. love the size and amount of tissue in the package compared to other brands. i carry it all the time specially during allergy season~ Before i found this product i used carry a box of tissues on a separate bag, because i would need like 5 packages of "togo" tissue from other brands. i would recommend this product to everyone~ Thanks!

So this is the only tissue I can buy for my son, who is 4 with aitism. He has sensory processing disorder so he feels everythingmore intensely. So these tissues have no smell, are bery soft and don'tleave any residue behind. They are sttong, yet very soft. I definitely recommend them.

In the past, I would only buy Puff plus lotion. They were the best. I would give away other tissues if they were not Puffs plus lotion. But, the past two times I have bought them, they were disappointing. They were definately don't the quality I have been used to from Puffs. I'm not sure if it was a fluke or the product is of lesser quality, but I'm not sure if I will continue to buy them if it happens again. I LOVED my Puffs plus lotion, but I will find another product if I have to.

I have used Puffs for years and years. It's bad enough that the boxes have gotten smaller and smaller over the years so they don't fit a decorative tissue cover anymore. Now I noticed a change recently in the feel of the tissues. I don't think they're as soft as they used to be. The 2-ply pieces of tissue also separate easily when pulling them out of the box and some tear. I don't think the quality is as good as in the past. I'm going to try Kleenex brand.
