We really like the Puffs Ultra tissues and use quite a bit of them. However, we now can only find the small cube shaped boxes. They don't hold as many tissues and we go through them very fast. Plus, the cubes are not as economical. I've read the other reviews on this product and see I'm not the only one who prefers the old boxes. Please bring them back.

I have used this product for years. I like it because it is strong, the big economy box fits in close places like between shelves and I can grab a bunch and go. I have alergies and use quite a bit of this product. Much to my dismay the packaging has been changed. If I had wanted a pop-up I would have used a competitor's product. I'm very disappointed.

The first time I tried them, I had a cold so my nose was already red and sore. What a comfort to be able to use them without incurring any other irritation to my raw, sore nose! Now, if I encounter family members or friends who have colds or the flu, I run right out to buy them a box to use.

I have used Puffs Ultra for years and have always liked the thicker tissue which didn't leave lint behind. However, the recent changes brought about a wimpy, thin tissue which leaves lint behind that is difficult to brush off your face. Please listen to us consumers and change back to the old tissue we all liked so well!! If not, I will be forced to buy another brand and another company will get my business instead of yours.

I have recently made my first purchase of the Puffs Ultra Soft in the small box. First off, the box was hard to open and get the tissue out. The tissue kept tearing when trying to pull one out and it would not pull out easy. The box design is terrible. Additionally, the tissues did not feel any softer than the normal tissue feel. I totally dislike this product and packaging.

This is the only brand that I buy. Typically Ultra Soft, and, if we have a cold, the Plus Lotion. BUT, I hate the colors and patterns of the boxes. There used to a be a couple of neutral ones, in tan or grey. Pink and blue, and contemporary swirls? I can't imagine who's house they would look nice in.

I have been using Puffs with Lotion tissues regularly for 4+ years. But occassionally when I buy puffs with lotion, the tissues smell like "puffs with vicks". I really can't stand that smell and when this happens, I end up throwing the box away. Why does this happen? Because they are produced in the same place. ANything you can do about this would make me love your product even more.

Tissue is great, however this new package and how they are making the tissue is terrible. If you want 5 or 6 tissues at a time you have to pull at the box 5 or 6 times, whereas on the old box you reached in and grab. The other item is the edges are ragged and dusty. Quality control???

Worked so well during runny nose season, which seemed to be September through April. Puffs brand always delivers with soft tissues that doesn't leave your nose red and dry and achy like other tissues. I also enjoy that you can choose to have lotion in your tissues as well.

In the past, I would only buy Puff plus lotion. They were the best. I would give away other tissues if they were not Puffs plus lotion. But, the past two times I have bought them, they were disappointing. They were definately don't the quality I have been used to from Puffs. I'm not sure if it was a fluke or the product is of lesser quality, but I'm not sure if I will continue to buy them if it happens again. I LOVED my Puffs plus lotion, but I will find another product if I have to.
