Being allergic to aloe (yes, it does happen, it is a plant) I have trouble finding items I can use but the regular without lotion tissues are wonderful. When my nose is just totally sore, they are the ones that do not hurt. Soft and durable, which is what I need. Wish you made lotion ones without aloe.

I think you have the absolute best tissues on the market. They are truly soft, absorbant and unlike other brands don't leave dust particles on my vanity or any other place i put them. I do have one problem though, the boxes. So much blue, purple odd color choices. How about trying some attractive patterns or at least some neutrals. I have to say when I know people are coming over I switch out you tissues for a brand where the box looks pretty in the bathroom they will be using. Also in the guest room. Yes I will have to dust after them but the look is worth it. However, do not change your product itself. It is the greatest!!

It's hard to find "unscented" anything ... thank you. I prefer Puffs brand to any other brand and am slowly getting others to FIRST buy Puffs! I would give Puffs a "10" rating if the bottom two tissues in a box were not folded; but this will not stop me from purchasing them.

As a chronic seasonal allergy sufferer, I go through tissues like crazy. I LOVE Puffs. All of your products. I find your tissues the only one to be strong enough to withstand all of the stuff that comes out of my nose. Sadly, I can't take along a box with me wherever I go so I rely on your Puffs to Go product. I used to go out of my way to pick up your to go packs because 1. the packaging is great! 2. it contains Puffs tissues. Even though your product was priced a little higher, I would more than willingly pay for better packaging and product design. Now, I find the NEW packaging has the same faults as all of the other travel tissue packaging (Kleenex, Generica, etc). The tissues are hard to dispense, and because of the form factor, takes more work to unfold the tissue. Please, please, please bring back the old packaging. Your product's distinctive display and features that defined your competitive advantage have been forfeited. Please bring back the Original Puffs to Go packaging.

I am writing to you in regards to the softness and the thickness of the tissues. What has happened to Puffs? I am a user of your product since I can remember and you have changed the quality of your product and I also do not like the fact that the medium size boxes all seem to be pull up. The large size boxes that are not puull up do not fit in my drawers. Please what has happened to your quality control?

I love Puffs for their high quality, but the way they are fitted into the box causes a hunk of them to come out when one is pulled toward the end of the box. It would work a lot better if the tissues were laying flat instead of standing on end, but that would mean either shrinking the box or increasing the number of tissues in it. The second alternative would quite likely appeal to many of your customers including myself.

As a household we have always used Puffs, however we noticed a drastic change in quality. The tissues are now coarse and feel like sandpaper. We have an older box and the difference is extremely noticeable and disappointing. We will no longer be buying this product until the recipe is adjusted to the old version.

I am very upset that Puffs changed the packaging for the Puffs to go. The main reason I choose Puffs to go over Kleenex is because their packaging was a much better design. The Puffs to go package was much larger and much easier to get a tissue out when needed. The new package has a smaller opening and the tissues do not seem to do the job as well as before. The new package is almost identical to Kleenex and therefore does not provide a product that I prefer.

Puffs Ultra are the only tissues I buy. If my regular grocery store is out of stock I will search other stores for the product. I have tried other brands in this situation and have found them to be a total waste of money. I do prefer the full size box to the cubes. Both people in my household are allergy prone so we go through the cubes pretty fast. The problem here is that my store stopped carrying the full size in favor of the cubes. Not happy about that but at least the product was in stock. Now the new designs came out on the full size box and I have only one question.......WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? They are just plain ugly. Please, go back to the old designs. Frogs? Orange and yellow striped? Pullleeze. The designs on the cubes are wonderful......but the full size box not so great.
