This is the only brand that I buy. Typically Ultra Soft, and, if we have a cold, the Plus Lotion. BUT, I hate the colors and patterns of the boxes. There used to a be a couple of neutral ones, in tan or grey. Pink and blue, and contemporary swirls? I can't imagine who's house they would look nice in.

I am so disappointed in the newly formulated Puffs Ultra. Before my last purchase, I would NEVER have bought another tissue. Puffs Ultra was IT. This last box I opened contained thin, scratchy tissues. Not the Ultra I became dependent on. I am so bummed and hoping you will reconsider whatever changes were made.

I have bought this product in the past and is was as soft as it was advertised. the 2 boxes I purchased the other day are so scratchy they were worse than your most basic brand! I will buy one more box hoping it was a mislabel, but if it is not any better I will be moving to a new product.

I have been buying Puffs for 40 years, have always preferred them to Kleenex. However, the quality has gone down. The version called Ultra Soft is anything but soft - they also fall apart much easier than the previous type. I do not like the Puffs with Lotion, so I will now be trying out Kleenex to see if I prefer them.

I'm greatly disappointed that you've changed the Puffs to Go tissue and packaging. The new tissues are smaller and don't seem to be as ample as the old ones. Also the packaging is harder to use, and bulkier to store in one's pocket or purse. Now the Puffs to Go seem more like every other brand of pocket packs on the market - not like "Puffs." I bought Puffs to Go before for the quality and the packaging. Bring back the old ones!

I miss the Ultra Soft and STRONG tissues. Many sellers are advertising their products as Ultra Soft and Strong tissues, (and showing pictures that still say that,) but when you receive them, they are just Ultra Soft. Soft? Yes. Strong? No. People with allergies need a better quality of tissue with both traits. Looking for a new brand. So sad.

The Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong tissues seem to be rougher in texture lately. I thought it was a bad batch, so I have continued to buy them, hoping for improvement. They have not improved. Also, the box designs and colors are very uninteresting. In the past, I have always been able to find boxes that complimented my home...I wish the designs had colors that were at least in the same color palette...seems there is always some kind of clash.

Puffs to go travel packs, old design, were the best and I bought them by the case online because I use so many tissues due to allergies. Puffs to go, new design, are no better than any of the other small pocket packs: they don't fit in pockets as well, are harder to get the tissues out, THE TISSUES AREN'T AS SOFT, AND THEY ARE SMALLER IN SIZE! If you, P&G, read most of the reviews you will see that the new design is a loser. I suspect you did the old trick of making a product cheaper by reducing the size and the quality but charging the same or more. There is no shame in going back to what worked before and you would make many people happy. I see no reason to rate the product higher than a 2 because the packaging is a 1 and the tissues are no better than any of the products available already. What is sad is that you had a superior product and apparently didn't appreciate the consumer and why we bought Puffs. Now that you've reduced your quality, I may as well buy based on price because Puffs is no better than anyone else. Talk about dumbing down!.

I have always had allergies and insist on carrying tissue with me wherever I go. I've tried many different brands and types of tissue, but I have to say that Puffs is my favorite. They are durable and don't have an off spray off tissue particles which is a must for allergy sufferers. The lotion tissues are soothing and the Puff Packs are a great companion due to the amount of tissues you get from each pack as well as the quality of the packaging.

I am disappointed the quality of Puffs Ultra has become so poor. With the new pop-up box design, the tissue size has been reduced, has become too thin, and leaves lint on the face. I wish Puffs would go back to the quality tissues I was used to buying in the old box design.
