We've been fans of Puffs Ultra since we discovered it a couple of years ago. However, the price jumped 33% recently. This is not the time for big price increases. Kleenex has come out with a similar product, priced as Ultra used to be, so we'll switch.

I have a hubby who doesn't react well to temperature change, when he goes from cold to hot or vice versa he starts to sneeze. Not just one or two sneezes but a string of sneeze after sneeze for like 10 or 12 sneezes. Seriously loud and earth shattering sneezes! Puffs is the first brand we've found that holds up against his insane sneezing! Definitely recommended!

The family box was my favorite. The tissue is strong enough to take the worst blow. I would pull a 1/2 inch from the box to keep in my pocket. Now they are intertwined and rarely leave the box cleanly. Why did the box change and why do they seperate in to 1 ply tissues half the time?

Puffs Ultra are the only tissues I buy. If my regular grocery store is out of stock I will search other stores for the product. I have tried other brands in this situation and have found them to be a total waste of money. I do prefer the full size box to the cubes. Both people in my household are allergy prone so we go through the cubes pretty fast. The problem here is that my store stopped carrying the full size in favor of the cubes. Not happy about that but at least the product was in stock. Now the new designs came out on the full size box and I have only one question.......WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? They are just plain ugly. Please, go back to the old designs. Frogs? Orange and yellow striped? Pullleeze. The designs on the cubes are wonderful......but the full size box not so great.

Puffs used To Be My Favorite Tissues. Since I have to deal with ongoing upper respiratory issues, I need a high quality tissue.Sadly, the three-pack of Puffs Ultrasoft that I purchased last week will be my last. They're much thinner than before and not at all soft. I blow right through them every time. I'll have to stock up on another brand.

Puff Extras must have quality issues during their boxing or collating process as it is not uncommon to have to dig into a box 3-5 times to retrieve the next tissue, which means partial runs are being collated to fill boxes. We consumers pay a premium price for this type of packaging but are not getting what we are paying for. Me, I will not be buying this brand any more...

I'm with the others who have commented on the new box designs. Come on orange and red........I have really been disappointed in the designs and color schemes for awhile. I have one older design (the white daisies and tan box) and keep refilling it. Unfortunatly, the box is getting pretty ragged. You know, the puffs box is as much a part of my bathroom decoration as the towels, curtains and rugs. Really disappointed and will probably switch to a different brand who will offer a color scheme suited to a classier design than to only kids. For a faithful puffs user for many, many years, I would hope our opinion and tastes still count.

BRING BACK THE OLD PACKAGING !!!! This new package like "Kleenex" brand is terrible. I am back to buying their brand since you copied their packaging. Your original one is MUCH more functional and easier to keep in purse. Even my kids agree. I just went to 5 stores in search of the "old" and found out you've switched..... so I bought Kleenex ones.' Sometimes "NEW" isn't better !!

I have used Puffs Ultra tissues for many years because it is an excellent product. However, the recent change in packaging to the exclusive use of the "Pop-Up" option is very disappointing for the following reasons: - no longer able to take a "handful" of tissues at one time - these pop-up tissues do not fold as neatly as the previous tissues and when you unfold these pop-up tissues the 2-plys often separate (I carry tissues with me rather than a handkerchief) - unable to tell how many tissues remain in the pop-up package - the previous package was 100% paperboard - the pop-up package includes plastic I am hopeful that P&G will listen to its customers and resume using the previous package as soon as possible.

I have noticed a clear decrease in quality the past year or so, and it's been annoying enough that last time I purchased Kleenex brand instead of Puffs. These tissues are not soft as they used to be, and they're impossible to get out of the box without pulling apart.
