What in the world were you folks thinking (and drinking?) when you came up with these new boxes? First of all, they are UGLY. More to my dismay is the Kleenex-style pop-up design. I liked being able to tell, at a glance, if I needed to add Puffs to my shopping list -- or to grab an extra box out of the closet before getting down to the last one or two in the box on the table. Also, as the level of tissues in the box nears the bottom, they have a tendency to drop inside, making it more of a hassle to dig out the next one -- and I usually end up with more than one. None of these problems existed with the old design with the top & side cutout. Your old box design was the single biggest reason I bought your products. Now, I'm shopping around.

I'll never buy Puffs again. I thought it was just a quirk when I bought a 6-pk of Puffs Ultra Soft and I couldn't get them to come out unless I stuck my hand in the box or they came out in bunches. Then I bought another package of them and every box was the same Some only came out as one-ply. Obviously quality is in the crapper with Puffs and I for one won't be spending my money on them anymore.

I thought I had picked up another brand by mistake. I got this three pack thinking they would be SOFTER than the regular Puffs. NO! They are not softer. I will never get the "ultra soft" again! Total waste of money. I will stick with the regular Puffs.

I have used Puffs without lotion for at least ten years and have found Puffs ultra soft and strong to be much softer and more durable than any other brand. I have to mention that I have hated the box design for YEARS and would definitely buy Puffs more often if the boxes weren't so ugly. Sometimes I will look at the design of the boxes of super cheap generic tissues and wish that Puffs could have a box even half that attractive. As it is, I only buy Puffs when I am almost completely out of them. This would be the PERFECT product if the boxes looked better. Please listen and respond to the concerns of your customers, Procter and Gamble!

I've used Puffs Ultra for years as I have never found any other tissue to exceed or meet its quality. I do, however, feel that the thickness and softness has lessened recently and I find this disappointing. I just purchased the new Puffs to Go packs and hope that this isn't just another example of industry "downsizing" of a product.

We have always bought Puffs Ultra's because we like the strength and softness but the last 4 boxes of the family size, they have had some VERY rough ones mixed in. If I wanted rough I would not pay the price that I pay, I would buy cheap that scratch the nose. I hope that we just got a bad batch and this dies not continue to happen, if it does we will probably switch to a different brand.

We really like the Puffs Ultra tissues and use quite a bit of them. However, we now can only find the small cube shaped boxes. They don't hold as many tissues and we go through them very fast. Plus, the cubes are not as economical. I've read the other reviews on this product and see I'm not the only one who prefers the old boxes. Please bring them back.

I too want the old packaging brought back. I hate the tiny boxes so much I have been trying different brands! I finally bought some of the new boxes and just took them out of the box but if they don't bring back the old boxes they have lost my business.

I think the Puffs ultra soft and strong is the best tissue I've used. However, the package designs leave a lot to be desired. Not everyone is in grade school or loves pop art! I am saving my old boxes and filling them with the tissues from the new boxes. I dread when the old boxes fall apart. :-0

I've always preferred Puffs Ultra because of the soft thickness of the tissue. Over the years the packaging quantity has been greatly reduced as well as the tissue size and the pricing increased. Just recently I have noticed that the tissue is now thin single ply and is no longer "Ultra" as the name implies. The quality of this product no longer supports its price.
