I have used all of the Puffs for years, and recommend them to everyone. I love them. This is not a complaint - I just want to know why my "Ultra Soft & Strong" comes in the "regular configuration" most of the time - but occasionally I am able to find it wit the plastic on the box, which allows the tissues to be pulled up one at a time. Now I really do fine these very convenient, as when I feel a sneeze about to explode. How can I request this type from my Grocery store? The bar codes are identical. What would be the significant code, or numbers for him to use? Please help me...

I am a lifelong allergy sufferer. I live with a tissue in my hand. I shower with tissues. I sleep with them. My husband often teases me about marrying me AND my tissues. If I am without a tissue, yes I have a panic attack. It's that little sniffle you always have as a year round allergy sufferer. And I have tried about every tissue brand out there - and I MUST keep my Puffs well stocked. They are the most comfortable, soft, thick tissue there is and now the only brand I buy. And on the occasional when I or my family gets a cold, they really protect the delicate nose! I am NEVER without a Puffs any time of day or night. I know this sounds crazy, but it's a product I truly can't live without. At least until they cure allergies! :)

It is my opinion that Puffs were, once upon a time, softer than Kleenex. Now, they are rough and smaller in size. The quality of this product has gone downhill. The last tissues in the box are all folded over wrong and some of the tissues are cut shorter than the rest. What happened to the quality of your product???

I love the Puffs Ultra in the old box. I don't care for the new pop-up style box, and I also don't like the smaller tissues. I have used Puffs Ultra for years, and am disappointed in the changes you have made to your product. It also seems as though the tissues are not as soft and strong as they used to be. I hope you will consider going back to the wonderful product you used to have rather than marketing the mediocre one you now have.

My wife and I really like using the Puffs with Vicks. That surge of Vicks vapor that rushes in when blowing or wiping your nose helps to relax the sinuses especially if they've been a little extra stuffy. We only wish that we could find the Puffs Vicks in the individually sold large boxes and not just in the three packs with 1 Puffs Vicks and 2 Puffs Ultra. while the small "qube" boxes are nice we really prefer to buy the larger size tissue boxes.

I love your tissues but I noted two things recently on the boxes used for the Family sized Puff's Ultra tissues I purchased. The size has been reduced from over 200 tissues to 132 for the same cost and the box is now open only at the top and not on the top and side. I'd rather pay a little more and get both the larger size box as well as the old box design.

This is the only brand that I buy. Typically Ultra Soft, and, if we have a cold, the Plus Lotion. BUT, I hate the colors and patterns of the boxes. There used to a be a couple of neutral ones, in tan or grey. Pink and blue, and contemporary swirls? I can't imagine who's house they would look nice in.

I absolutely love Puffs....especially the Vicks Puffs. I think that is one of the most brilliant ideas you could have ever come up with. Everytime I go into the pharmacy, I alway buy up as many as I can. I never want to be without.....however, I have had a terrible time finding the purse size. I have have several places tell me that they think they have been discontinued. I can't even find the regular purse puffs....Anyway, I have all of my family and friends HOOKED ON PUFFS!

I buy the longer boxes of Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong. There doesn't seem to be any quality control. Today (in one box...but this isn't the first time) I got several partial tissues. Worst of all I got a glob of white that covered my keyboard with tiny white dust particles. ugh! These once were my favorites. They seem to have been changed. (probably to increase profits...shame on them!)

I am writing to you in regards to the softness and the thickness of the tissues. What has happened to Puffs? I am a user of your product since I can remember and you have changed the quality of your product and I also do not like the fact that the medium size boxes all seem to be pull up. The large size boxes that are not puull up do not fit in my drawers. Please what has happened to your quality control?
