I like the tissues because they are soft and strong. I would like to suggest to go back to the old style box because I like to reuse the box to put more tissues in. Sometimes I can't find the color of box to match my bathroom so I always take tissues out of a new box and put in the color of box to match the bathroom. With the new style of box this isn't easy.

I am so disapointed in the new oblong box & the strenth of the tissues. I have been using Puffs ultra strong & soft for years but now you changed the box to open only on the top instead of opening on the top and down the front of the box. Also the tissues are not as strong as they were before someone decided to mess them up. Haven't you heard the old cliche-If it's not broke don't fix it. Please go back to the original & raise the price a bit but don't cheapen your product.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this tissue! It's the only one I will ever buy. They are so very soft and gentle. Yet very effective. They don't have the funny little "dust" that I have found with other tissues; that make my allergies flare up. Thank you for such a wonderful product!

I have recently purchased Puffs plus lotion tissues ,which are far below your normal great quality they remind me of the old brown paper towels we used in grade school .they are coarse to say the least! what has happened to them? I ask that you look into this problem or I shall have to buy a competitor's product. Thank you in advance

The Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong tissues seem to be rougher in texture lately. I thought it was a bad batch, so I have continued to buy them, hoping for improvement. They have not improved. Also, the box designs and colors are very uninteresting. In the past, I have always been able to find boxes that complimented my home...I wish the designs had colors that were at least in the same color palette...seems there is always some kind of clash.

What in the world were you folks thinking (and drinking?) when you came up with these new boxes? First of all, they are UGLY. More to my dismay is the Kleenex-style pop-up design. I liked being able to tell, at a glance, if I needed to add Puffs to my shopping list -- or to grab an extra box out of the closet before getting down to the last one or two in the box on the table. Also, as the level of tissues in the box nears the bottom, they have a tendency to drop inside, making it more of a hassle to dig out the next one -- and I usually end up with more than one. None of these problems existed with the old design with the top & side cutout. Your old box design was the single biggest reason I bought your products. Now, I'm shopping around.

I've used Puffs Ultra for years as I have never found any other tissue to exceed or meet its quality. I do, however, feel that the thickness and softness has lessened recently and I find this disappointing. I just purchased the new Puffs to Go packs and hope that this isn't just another example of industry "downsizing" of a product.

I think the Puffs ultra soft and strong is the best tissue I've used. However, the package designs leave a lot to be desired. Not everyone is in grade school or loves pop art! I am saving my old boxes and filling them with the tissues from the new boxes. I dread when the old boxes fall apart. :-0

Being allergic to aloe (yes, it does happen, it is a plant) I have trouble finding items I can use but the regular without lotion tissues are wonderful. When my nose is just totally sore, they are the ones that do not hurt. Soft and durable, which is what I need. Wish you made lotion ones without aloe.

We use, my family and l, Puffs plus all the time. The're so comfortable on the nose and hold up great. What l would like to see and use would be a jumbo size puff. i know that i'm not the only one out there, that have a problem when you have a bad cold. One puff is not enough, maybe consider a larger size for these times. Thank You
