I have used Puffs Ultra for years and have always liked the thicker tissue which didn't leave lint behind. However, the recent changes brought about a wimpy, thin tissue which leaves lint behind that is difficult to brush off your face. Please listen to us consumers and change back to the old tissue we all liked so well!! If not, I will be forced to buy another brand and another company will get my business instead of yours.

I was disappointed in the new box for Puffs Ultra tissues. I do not like pop-up tissues. They create dust every time you pull one out and you cannot neatly take a handful at a time and fold them in purse or pocket. I started buying Puffs because they DID NOT pop up. It's a good tissue, but I want the old box back.

I love these tissues, and use them exclusively. They are far superior to the other brands. BUT-- puffs, your box designs are horrible!! Even though I know your product is better, I am sometimes tempted to buy Kleenex brand instead because their box designs are so much nicer than yours. Please, design nice looking boxes that people want in their houses and apartments.

The first time I tried them, I had a cold so my nose was already red and sore. What a comfort to be able to use them without incurring any other irritation to my raw, sore nose! Now, if I encounter family members or friends who have colds or the flu, I run right out to buy them a box to use.

I have to say that I really like Puffs Plus, but I am very disappointed in the box designs lately. They have not changed in a long time, and they are not very trendy. Kleenex and Great Value are really beating Puffs on their box designs. I do not want to switch brands, but I'm getting tempted to simply because of Puff's unappealing box designs. I'm not talking about the little boxes. I want the full size boxes to be attractive.

Puffs to go travel packs, old design, were the best and I bought them by the case online because I use so many tissues due to allergies. Puffs to go, new design, are no better than any of the other small pocket packs: they don't fit in pockets as well, are harder to get the tissues out, THE TISSUES AREN'T AS SOFT, AND THEY ARE SMALLER IN SIZE! If you, P&G, read most of the reviews you will see that the new design is a loser. I suspect you did the old trick of making a product cheaper by reducing the size and the quality but charging the same or more. There is no shame in going back to what worked before and you would make many people happy. I see no reason to rate the product higher than a 2 because the packaging is a 1 and the tissues are no better than any of the products available already. What is sad is that you had a superior product and apparently didn't appreciate the consumer and why we bought Puffs. Now that you've reduced your quality, I may as well buy based on price because Puffs is no better than anyone else. Talk about dumbing down!.

I am disappointed the quality of Puffs Ultra has become so poor. With the new pop-up box design, the tissue size has been reduced, has become too thin, and leaves lint on the face. I wish Puffs would go back to the quality tissues I was used to buying in the old box design.

I have used Puffs without lotion for at least ten years and have found Puffs ultra soft and strong to be much softer and more durable than any other brand. I have to mention that I have hated the box design for YEARS and would definitely buy Puffs more often if the boxes weren't so ugly. Sometimes I will look at the design of the boxes of super cheap generic tissues and wish that Puffs could have a box even half that attractive. As it is, I only buy Puffs when I am almost completely out of them. This would be the PERFECT product if the boxes looked better. Please listen and respond to the concerns of your customers, Procter and Gamble!

Your recent change to box design makes no sense. I pay a premium price for Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong. You recently added the text "Ultra Soft & Strong" to the sides of the boxes. Why would I want to see that on my open boxes of Puffs tissues? Maybe you could learn something from Kleenex about box design? Ray

I have a lot of sinus problems and I have been a faithful Puffs customer for over 30 years. I always buy the Puffs Plus Lotion. I saw a generic store brand that said it had lotion and it was less expensive and had more tissues in each box. Needless to say I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The generic was rough and dry feeling. I couldn't tell there was any lotion at all in that brand. I will never ever take a chance on a different brand. With Puffs it doesn't feel like your finger is going to poke thru. With other brands you have to use more tissues when only one Puffs brand would do the job.
