Your recent change to box design makes no sense. I pay a premium price for Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong. You recently added the text "Ultra Soft & Strong" to the sides of the boxes. Why would I want to see that on my open boxes of Puffs tissues? Maybe you could learn something from Kleenex about box design? Ray

I love puffs and had switched from Kleenex and never looked back. I especially favor the ultra soft. I recently made a purchased and discovered a new design and was extremely disappointed. I even opened up another box to see if it was just a fluke...sadly it was not.

I have been a loyal Puffs user my entire life. However, over the past several months I have noticed the quality is not Puffs quality. Half of the boxes I open have some type of machine markings on them and they are incredibly rough. The box I just opened is full of single-layer tissues instead of double, and the tissues are rough, like cheap generic. I need my Puffs quality back! Please!

I have used Puffs Plus w/lotion for years but in the last couple of years I have been REALLY DISAPPOINTED! There is NO lotion in any of the tissues in any box with Plus lotion on them, so therefore, I am paying extra for NOTHING, No LOTION at all. I will never buy another box because I feel I have been ripped off by your company. They were prefect for a couple of years and now you have cheapened them for your bottom line profit ,not our comfort. Are they even still made in the USA?

I have been buying Puffs for 40 years, have always preferred them to Kleenex. However, the quality has gone down. The version called Ultra Soft is anything but soft - they also fall apart much easier than the previous type. I do not like the Puffs with Lotion, so I will now be trying out Kleenex to see if I prefer them.

Puffs are the only facial tissue I will buy. I literally go out of my way to buy bulk, eco friendly toilet paper, but tissues are another story. I'll admit to being biased towards Puffs, having grown up in a Proctor and Gamble household in Cincinnati, of all places. But I can't find a brand that compares. I seriously do not care how much they cost. Runny noses will get chapped no matter what you rub them with. Puffs makes it less chapped and less sore. The ultra soft is my regular, outside of being sick.

I have used Puffs Ultra for years. I have allergies and sinus problems and find that the tissue doesn't shred all over my clothes like many other brands do (and I use a lot of tissues!). However, Puffs changed the design of the box this year and I'm most distressed about it. It is now a pop-up design with plastic surround the tissue. I liked reaching into the box to grab a bunch of tissues to fold and keep in my pocket to use throughout the day. This design takes so much longer that I'm less likely to use the product and take less tissues with me. I have to fold them individually, or turn the tissues around so the fold faces the same way to get them to fold properly. I also used to recycle the empty boxes, but with the plastic in them I no longer bother. Environmentally and for convenience sake, I'd surely love to return to the former design - no plastic and grab and bunch and go!

I have been buying Puffs for probably 50yrs, So I like your product. The new boxes with bubbles,stripes and strange colors are over the top. You used to have boxes that would more or less match my decore. The one I like best is rust covered X's with a dark brown background. I'm finding that the tissue are put in the box in clumps and they are more difficult to get out.

It is my opinion that Puffs were, once upon a time, softer than Kleenex. Now, they are rough and smaller in size. The quality of this product has gone downhill. The last tissues in the box are all folded over wrong and some of the tissues are cut shorter than the rest. What happened to the quality of your product???

I have been using Puffs with Lotion tissues regularly for 4+ years. But occassionally when I buy puffs with lotion, the tissues smell like "puffs with vicks". I really can't stand that smell and when this happens, I end up throwing the box away. Why does this happen? Because they are produced in the same place. ANything you can do about this would make me love your product even more.
