A few months back I bought a box of Ultra Puffs in this beautiful origami type box. it was so pretty. I have it in my office and everyone comments on it. Now I can not find it!!! it isn't even on the website. If I knew it was a temporary design I would have gotten 10 boxes. Bring back the pretty box!! it is a good tissue, but I like the nice box.

I have used Puffs Plus w/lotion for years but in the last couple of years I have been REALLY DISAPPOINTED! There is NO lotion in any of the tissues in any box with Plus lotion on them, so therefore, I am paying extra for NOTHING, No LOTION at all. I will never buy another box because I feel I have been ripped off by your company. They were prefect for a couple of years and now you have cheapened them for your bottom line profit ,not our comfort. Are they even still made in the USA?

I have been buying Puffs for probably 50yrs, So I like your product. The new boxes with bubbles,stripes and strange colors are over the top. You used to have boxes that would more or less match my decore. The one I like best is rust covered X's with a dark brown background. I'm finding that the tissue are put in the box in clumps and they are more difficult to get out.

My wife and I really like using the Puffs with Vicks. That surge of Vicks vapor that rushes in when blowing or wiping your nose helps to relax the sinuses especially if they've been a little extra stuffy. We only wish that we could find the Puffs Vicks in the individually sold large boxes and not just in the three packs with 1 Puffs Vicks and 2 Puffs Ultra. while the small "qube" boxes are nice we really prefer to buy the larger size tissue boxes.

What is wrong with you people?. How many adults do you know want to have neon orange and green in their living-rooms, bed-rooms or dens? What the bloody blue blazes is wrong with BEIGE? WHITE? WOODTONES? Even BLACK? These new colors I want to HIDE! They are garrish and horrific! Even in the psycdelic 60's these would be unwanted! They clash with civilized people! STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT! Or I will. I will go back to sleezy Kleenex with acceptable colors.

Have been an avid fan of Puffs Ultra since it came on the market, but hate the new box designs. No one wants their tissue box to be the focal point of their room. The new box designs are so ugly, I've saved the old boxes and transfer the tissues into them. The previous designs were tasteful accents that fit into any decor.

I have been a happy user for many years and go out of my way to buy Puffs facial tissue only. Recently I bought a box that must have been mislabeled from a competitor! The tissue is rough and 'woody' feeling. It is hard on the hands, let alone on the nose. I certainly hope this is only one errant box.

I've been in marketing for 40 years and I know how difficult it is to design a unique product. One that has a true value added feature. You had this in the old packaging of your Puffs to go product. Now you have packaging just like Kleenex and since your tissues are about the same as their new ones. I might as well go for the best price. If you changed because the sales were poor, it was because it was too difficult to find which meant you did a poor job of marketing and selling it. GO BACK!

Not only do I love the tissues and have forever, but the box design that is a creamy yellow with the rose on it is finally a box I love seeing all around my house. I have at least 3 out at all times and have been searching furiously through the shelves at the store to keep finding this one. Thanks for saving my nose and my decor.

We chsnged to Puffs years ago because of the open box and ease of access. Now you've changed to the top opener which is hard to get to. I guess we'll now go back to Kleenex since they are often priced better, and you no longer have a packaging advantage.
