What is wrong with you people?. How many adults do you know want to have neon orange and green in their living-rooms, bed-rooms or dens? What the bloody blue blazes is wrong with BEIGE? WHITE? WOODTONES? Even BLACK? These new colors I want to HIDE! They are garrish and horrific! Even in the psycdelic 60's these would be unwanted! They clash with civilized people! STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT! Or I will. I will go back to sleezy Kleenex with acceptable colors.

Your mega box is always a struggle to retrieve the first several tissues. Packed WAY too tight. Guess it is a good value but very annoying. And in my personal opinion (which matters to very few) your box designs are the ugliest on the market. They are so unappealing I hide the box on my desk however I can. When my usual brand is no longer sold out, I'm stocking up on it so that this doesn't happen again.

I have a lot of sinus problems and I have been a faithful Puffs customer for over 30 years. I always buy the Puffs Plus Lotion. I saw a generic store brand that said it had lotion and it was less expensive and had more tissues in each box. Needless to say I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The generic was rough and dry feeling. I couldn't tell there was any lotion at all in that brand. I will never ever take a chance on a different brand. With Puffs it doesn't feel like your finger is going to poke thru. With other brands you have to use more tissues when only one Puffs brand would do the job.

I always LOVED Puffs, would buy no other and would take a box with us whenever we traveled. First of all why are the large rectangular boxes no longer pop-up? And just this last purchase they are thinner and not as strong. I read a review where you answered someone that you were trying to make them softer. They were plenty soft! That's a lame excuse for the real reason of trying to save dollars. Please bring back my Puffs and in the pop-up box.

I love the quality of puffs ultra soft. However, the last package of 3 long boxes I bought don't want to keep coming out when used. The fold is wrong or something. We always have to dig in the box to get one more out. We are only a family of 2 so going through a 3 boxes takes a long period of time and they cost too much to discard and get new ones. I hope it's just a bad batch and it's not a new design.

I have purchased Ultra Puffs for years instead of Kleenex, because they are stronger, more of them, and were easier to get out of the box because of the open reach in top. Now they are packaged like Kleenex and there are about thirty less tissues/box. I hate the new packaging. Please return my old reliable Ultra Box.

Just what you need when you have a stuffy nose. Super soft and non irritating. We all know how many times we have to wipe our noses when we are sick and after a while it hurts. With these no such thing. Easy to use packaging and very affordable. Would recommend.

We chsnged to Puffs years ago because of the open box and ease of access. Now you've changed to the top opener which is hard to get to. I guess we'll now go back to Kleenex since they are often priced better, and you no longer have a packaging advantage.

Puffs used To Be My Favorite Tissues. Since I have to deal with ongoing upper respiratory issues, I need a high quality tissue.Sadly, the three-pack of Puffs Ultrasoft that I purchased last week will be my last. They're much thinner than before and not at all soft. I blow right through them every time. I'll have to stock up on another brand.

Having allergies, I am constantly using tissues. When my nose gets sore from blowing, I count on Puffs Ultra Soft to be gentle. The boxes come in nice designs that will go with any decor. Reasonably priced for a tissue that's not only really soft, but strong as well!
