I have used the Puffs Ultra tissue for years and years, and love the strength and thickness that prevent them from falling apart during use, and it is the only brand I buy. Unfortunately, I have to say I'm disappointed with the latest designs. I've liked most of the designs in the past, but these latest versions are not very attractive. I liked the checkerboard patterns in various colors, and the black swirls on a white background -- are there any plans to bring those back at some point?

In the past, I would only buy Puff plus lotion. They were the best. I would give away other tissues if they were not Puffs plus lotion. But, the past two times I have bought them, they were disappointing. They were definately don't the quality I have been used to from Puffs. I'm not sure if it was a fluke or the product is of lesser quality, but I'm not sure if I will continue to buy them if it happens again. I LOVED my Puffs plus lotion, but I will find another product if I have to.

I have used puffs for years no other brand . But now I will have to change . I bought your ultra soft and strong twice the 3 packages and each was so horrible when I use the tissue I get particles of dust which is like hair in my nose and mouth. What have you done to a good product?

Having allergies, I am constantly using tissues. When my nose gets sore from blowing, I count on Puffs Ultra Soft to be gentle. The boxes come in nice designs that will go with any decor. Reasonably priced for a tissue that's not only really soft, but strong as well!

After changing from Kleenex to Puffs many years back, we just purchased another box of your product (37000 33549). Much to our dismay, your quality seems to have dropped to Kleenex levels. If the product will not hold together when blowing your nose, I might as well just use my bare hands.

I have recently made my first purchase of the Puffs Ultra Soft in the small box. First off, the box was hard to open and get the tissue out. The tissue kept tearing when trying to pull one out and it would not pull out easy. The box design is terrible. Additionally, the tissues did not feel any softer than the normal tissue feel. I totally dislike this product and packaging.

I love my puffs ultra strong!! my only tissue even though they are not quite the quality as in past. Now the Box?? What were you thinking?? Please, Please, bring back the old box!! For all the reasons you read in the various reviews. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. Your and old and faithful company P&G, listen to your fans!!

I've been a Puffs tissue customer ever since I was young, 1960's, and they had a wonderful scent! But NO MORE! Since 2021 these have gotten so thin and actually smaller!! Yes, I can tell the difference! Shame on this company to take advantage of high prices and lower quality product.

Puffs is the only brand of tissues that I buy, and I have a box in just about every room of the house. I have indoor and outdoor allergies so im alway looking for a tissue! I like the big rectangular boxes that dont have the pop-up tissue, but i have to agree with some other comments - the box designs could be better.

We love Puffs Ultra for strength, etc. The box opening needs to be wider, like it used to be. We could reach in for one, or several. Now, we either get one and the next doesn't pop up, or too many come out at once. Sturdy tissues are a must for us, and these fit the bill.
