I have used Puffs for years, tried others, always come back to Puffs. I prefer the Ultra soft and strong and buy either the cube or family size. I have noticed as with many products, puffs have changed. They are not quite as big or strong as they used to be. What disappoints me even more is the plastic guide that has been eliminated from the family size boxes. Most times when you need a tissue, you need it in a hurry and fumbling with finding an edge to pull on is not user friendly. Also, another consumer mentioned the box designs. I use covers sometimes if I can't find a color that will work and now, without the guide, I cannot use the covers! Please consider re-instituting the guide, I don't want to have to switch brands!

I am sorry, but I will not buy Puffs Ultra Saft & Strong again. I have never bought anything but Puffs and I just purchased these a week ago and when ever I use them to blow my nose I get small pieces of lint all over my face. When I used them to wipe my eyes I have small pieces of lint all over. What ever you have done, please go back to your old ones or you will loose a customer and I am sure many more!!!! I would rather have the ones that came in your box that I take out one at a time.

I previously used both Puffs and Kleenex brand tissues. I switched to just using Puffs, mainly because of the packaging. I don't like the oval window with the plastic insert to make the tissues "pop up". Frequently the tissues fall down, and the user needs to squeeze his or her hand through the plastic insert to attempt to retrieve the next tissue. Also, the tissue shreds as it comes through this window, leaving bits and pieces of shredded tissue all over. It seems that Puffs is starting to use this same packaging system in many of its boxes of tissues. I prefer the large opening without the pop-up. It's easy to reach in, doesn't shred the product, and makes it much simpler to tell how much tissue still remains in the box. Please return to the large opening in all your boxes, except perhaps your cubes, intended for pop-ups. I like the tissues themselves, in most of their forms, but try to avoid these current full-size boxes with the pop-up inserts. More frequent alternatives in colors and designs on the boxes would also be nice, especially around holidays.

Just now coming home from work and every evening I use tissues to put astringent on my face to remove makeup. There is just nothing like these tissues-they are soft, thick, unlike anything else. I would not hesitate to pay more for what I like and this is no exception. Puffs rock!!!!!

I love Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong tissues and keep a box in just about every room in my house. Please come up with some classier box designs so I don't feel the need to hide my Puffs. How about losing the flower & butterfly designs on pastel colors and give us more of an adult look. Maybe some darker rich earth tones.

Love Puffs and recommend them to friends and family, but am still disappointed in new Puffs to Go. Found another brand which has introduced a package similar to old Puffs to Go package. It is still not nearly as good but I will use them rather than the new PTG's. Still using Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong at home. Puffs are still the best tissues I have ever found.

I have been a puffs user for over 40 years and once again puffs comes out with another great product Soft and Strong tissues, I love them because they are easy on the nose and they handle more nose blows and clean ups. Thanks again for another great product.

I love puffs and will keep buying them BUT I am very annoyed at the first pull - the whole plastic inner liner of the top exit comes out every time. This makes the first tissue shred and the rest come out in multiples so I have to manually make sure I'm getting just one. Please fix this! I'm not one to wrote many reviews but this has been bugging me for months. Thanks

Before I started using Puffs Plus lotion, my nose would be so sore and red looking during allergy season. I have been using Puffs plus lotion for at least 10 years now and hope I am never without it in my house. We don't always need lotion but when we do you can count on finding a box somewhere in my house. None of the others can compare to Puffs Plus Lotion! I know.....I've tried them. We are a Puffs family.

My favorite facial tissues, especially when I have a pesky cold and runny nose.  It is big, soft, and does not tend to rip easily.  It is layered so it can absorb a lot and I feel like I am not reaching for a ton of tissues because I am able to get the job done with less
