Puffs Ultra are the best. They are both super soft and strong. I'm sad that you changed the box of the Ultra tissues to the pop up only. Since I don't always care for the design/color of the boxes, I'd prefer to replace my boxes with the tissues. Now I've had to use the basic Puffs which are soft enough, just not as strong. Please go back to selling the Puffs Ultra tissues in the regular box, instead of the pop ups. Thank you!!

I have been using Puffs with Lotion tissues regularly for 4+ years. But occassionally when I buy puffs with lotion, the tissues smell like "puffs with vicks". I really can't stand that smell and when this happens, I end up throwing the box away. Why does this happen? Because they are produced in the same place. ANything you can do about this would make me love your product even more.

...Sure used to like the Puffs Extra Strength tissues. Your new formula of two-ply is a step down in quality. I find myself trying different brands now because of your formula change. There are those of us that need something a bit heavier. Sure wish you still had it in place!

I have missed Puffs Ultra. I had to search stores for a while to find it. Now Ultra soft and strong came out. I don't think, as least so far, it is quite as good, but better than any other brand. (Except for Tissue bought outside the US). I haven't been able to buy it in regular rectangular boxes and I find the little square boxes very difficult to use. I sometimes get a half a tissue or 1 and a half. Dispensing these tissues in this box need some fine funing. I waste a lot of tissues. Your product (Ultra and Ultra Soft and Strong) is still the best around.

I have used Puffs for years and years. It's bad enough that the boxes have gotten smaller and smaller over the years so they don't fit a decorative tissue cover anymore. Now I noticed a change recently in the feel of the tissues. I don't think they're as soft as they used to be. The 2-ply pieces of tissue also separate easily when pulling them out of the box and some tear. I don't think the quality is as good as in the past. I'm going to try Kleenex brand.

These tissues are better than most brands of tissues but I really like the puffs with lotion/aloe for colds and runny noses. The tissues don't irritate the skin and make the area under your nose sore and dry/flaky. I really like the Vicks puffs for colds too. Puffs ultra is a great tissue for everyday use.

I have purchased Ultra Puffs for years instead of Kleenex, because they are stronger, more of them, and were easier to get out of the box because of the open reach in top. Now they are packaged like Kleenex and there are about thirty less tissues/box. I hate the new packaging. Please return my old reliable Ultra Box.

I love Puffs Ultra with no lotion, but I I despise the pop up box. The pop up box is a miserable invention and I'm sure everyone knows why. You never get only 1 tissue, you can't just put a folded over wad in your purse, and by the end of the box, you get a string of what's left and the box falls off the table. Also you need 2 hands to get one tissue out - one to hold the box and the other to pull - what you hope will be - just one out. PLEASE consider going back to the tried and true packaging you have always used. It's one of the things that kept me coming back.

I've been using Puffs Ultra for several years because they were so soft and strong; however, that has changed recently. They are no longer soft, they are smaller and there are fewer in the packages now. I could buy store brands and probably find a similar quality now. I'm very disappointed in the changes to what used to be an excellent product. Stores don't reflect any price changes, but if you're getting less than before, you're now paying more. Please bring back the previous version of Puffs Ultra.

Your Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong is great but the box design is bad. I want to be able to separate the tissues into smaller metal or plastic tissue holders, or take out a few to put in my pocket. With the pop ups, you can't do that. When you pull one out, you get two or more. The boxes don't fit where I need them most. PLEASE, PLEASE go back to the old design in the long boxes.
