Love Puffs

I absolutely love puffs! I hate the other brands. I just think that Puffs could use a bigger variety of designs, more floral, animals, local landscapes or even international landscapes!!! I would love that one. How about some modern designs??? Give me a camera and flight tickets and I'll take some pictures for your boxes! But no matter what I love your products. I prefer Puffs Ultra. Keep it up!

Would rather have the rectangular boxes

I have always preferred Puffs over other "facial tissues" but much prefer the standard "rectangular boxes" because 1) They are easier to get an untorn tissue out and 2) even at the normal grocery store price are 20-30% cheaper than Sam's gets for these.

Some of the best tissues out there! Extra soft and make your runny, itchy nose feel relieved while using these tissues. Totally recommend when you have a cold. They do not feel s ratchy on your nose like most tissues. Totally affordable and would recommend.

Puffs plus

I used to love and recommend puffs plus - especially when u have a bad cold with runny nose, but not anymore. Something has changed. I used to be able to use practically half a box when I had a cold and my nose would not show worse for the wear. Now, maybe 6 to 10 tissues (which are thinner by the way) and my nose is red and hurts. What happened?

not helpful for allergies

I am an avid puffs tissue user. I have severe allergies and go through several boxes of tissue every week. Just here in the past three weeks I have had issuess with my tissues... there is so much debris from the manufacturing process that when I pull a tissue a big pile of tissue lint flies everywhere and I have to shake my tissue off before using so as not to inhale any of the lint into my nose. I have found this most annoying after a dozen or so times.

I LOVE this product and will never use any other tissue! I have allergies and sinus problems and your Puffs Ultra is the Best! I have one compaint though. In the past few weeks I have only found then boxes that only one tissue comes out of the top at a time. Are you not making the boxes that you year off the top piece of the box to be able to get more than one tissue at a time?

Too thin

I would expect a name brand facial tissue to be thicker and more sturdy than these. I suppose like many other things, the quality has gone down over the years for the sake of the almighty dollar. These are so thin I can't blow my nose with them without blowing a hole right through them or poking my finger through them, which obviously is not what I want. These feel as thin and cheap as many store brand tissues. Why pay more for these when they are no better? I'm very unhappy with them, and so is my husband. We will not be buying Puffs tissues in the future. Sorry for such a negative review, but these deserve it.

Disappointed

Used to be great. Had sinsus infection /4 wk& used several boxes. Now they are so small and so thin it takes 2 or 3 to blow your nose. Very disappointed- thought you were ahead of Kleenex is every way. Can you go back to the nice sized soft tissue????Know I've written before, but things keep getting worse, not better!!! Do something.

I really like the softness of Puffs, however, I purchase them for my husband. He suffers with lots of allergies and can never use just one or even two. He uses at least three to four at a time, and sometime resorts to paper towels, since he says he blows right through the tissues. So strength versus softness is the issue at our house.

Thanks for the feedback! As someone who suffers from allergies all year round, I can certainly understand. Our Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong is designed to offer both softness and strength. We just recently improved both the softness and flexibility of the sheets, so we wouldn't expect them to blow through them. Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong is now our strongest and thickest Puffs ever! We sure hope he will give them another try.

Pop up dispensing not working

The "pop-up" dispensing of the Puffs Ultra Soft has been very annoying. A couple will dispense as normal, then nothing. I have to remove the box from our dispenser, search for the next Puffs that didn't pop, fish it out to continue the dispensing. Unfortunatey, that doesn't last long until I have to repeat the process. Also, it's not just this one box, it's ALL of them. Bar code, if this helps, is 0 37000 35038 5
