I always used to use Puffs. I HATE your Ultra puffs...if your hands are even slightly damp, the fibers stick to them and youhave to wash your hands or pick off the lint...if you wipe your nose, the fibers stick to your face....what the heck did you do to them?. I also hate your lotion puffs.Tried to wipe my glasses with them and they smeared...not a very user friendly product....From now on, Im buying Kleenex brand!

I have used Puffs for years, tried others, always come back to Puffs. I prefer the Ultra soft and strong and buy either the cube or family size. I have noticed as with many products, puffs have changed. They are not quite as big or strong as they used to be. What disappoints me even more is the plastic guide that has been eliminated from the family size boxes. Most times when you need a tissue, you need it in a hurry and fumbling with finding an edge to pull on is not user friendly. Also, another consumer mentioned the box designs. I use covers sometimes if I can't find a color that will work and now, without the guide, I cannot use the covers! Please consider re-instituting the guide, I don't want to have to switch brands!

I have a drippy sinus and so use many, many tissues. They are stashed in the my kitchen, dining area, desk, dressing table, indoors, outdoors, in my vehicle, wherever I sit or sleep. I have loved Puffs for years. 90% of these places aren't deep enough to place a tissue box. That is not important as I have trays in each spot to hold a stack of tissues. The new Puffs are interleaved. THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR A STACK OF TISSUES. IF I TAKE THE TOP TISSUE, 2 MORE PULL UP OR TO THE SIDE. Please, please go back to the non-interleaved tisses OR SEND ME YOUR ENTIRE WAREHOUSED SUPPLY OF THE OLD STYLE. I am 84 and may live a few more years.

If we are sick in this house Puffs is the only way to go. If your nose is irritated at all do not hesitate to pick up a box of these. Especially for the little ones and their tiny little noses. I recommend them all the time but most importantly, when you're suffering from a stuffy nose.

I live in Northern Minnesota and the winters get really long and cold. I work outside all year doing construction. Getting bad cold with the runny nose and coughing my nose gets raw. This product works great so it does not get raw and rough. Thank you so much for a great product

I bought a pack of two small boxes of tissues and when I pulled the tab off of a box there was one dirty tissue inside. I'm completely perplexed. Even my 4 year old who saw me open it was like what the heck?! Just thought you should know. (I took photos in case you need documentation)

Hello, Puffs Ultra has been my choice of tissues for a very long time. Lately you made a change to your folding style. I dislike it so much I an considering changing brands. It's a pain to get the next tissue out of the box. They dont pop up they lay flat. I know my story wont change anything so it's inevitable, I will go to another brand. Thanks but no thanks, Bruce

I really loved the flat, to go packet, which fit into my pocket wiithout making a lump. Why would I want the smaller, kid size tissues in the lumpy packet when the larger, flatter packet was so much nicer and actually adult size? Please re-think this one. I want the bigger to go packs again. I was first introduced to the envelope type packets during a family crisis. They became my friend and constant companion throughout the entire ordeal. I want them back.

My husband has deployed to Afghanistan. I figured this is the best time to have the surgery (full FESS) on my sinuses I had been putting off so almost a year. First, I had to say goodbye to my husband. That was the saddest day of my life. I've never cried so much or so hard. Puffs moment. I cried for about 2 weeks. Then, last Monday, July 19, I had the surgery on my sinuses. As required by the doctor, I've had to do a saline rinse in my sinuses every two hours. Puff moment. I have to hold the tissues and wipe and wipe some more. I haven't had any problems with chaffing, soreness or flaking tissues. I had to learn my lesson a couple of years ago with another brand name tissue that continually fell apart and just didn't do the job. I'm so relieved Puffs has really saved my nose from additional pain of chaffing and soreness. Thank you so much! (I cannot believe I am writing this. I've just been feeling so badly recovering from surgery when I realized it could be worse. This seems silly, but I am so relieved I purchased Puffs instead.)

I bought the puffs with lotion and there is no lotion in them. I have a sinus infection and my nose is so sore that i thought these would help. They cant help when there is no lotion in them and the Kleenex brand that my mom bought are softer than these are. i will not recommend these to anyone i know. Very disappointed in this product.
