Before I started using Puffs Plus lotion, my nose would be so sore and red looking during allergy season. I have been using Puffs plus lotion for at least 10 years now and hope I am never without it in my house. We don't always need lotion but when we do you can count on finding a box somewhere in my house. None of the others can compare to Puffs Plus Lotion! I know.....I've tried them. We are a Puffs family.

I really do love your products, but for some reason, in the last three boxes of tissues I purchased, when I get past the first half of the box, all of the tissues are torn in half. It looks like they are all there, but they are only half sheets... I want to but more, but I can't afford to waste money with only half sheets. Please look into this and fix the problem. I will recommend the product when the problem is solved...

I previously used both Puffs and Kleenex brand tissues. I switched to just using Puffs, mainly because of the packaging. I don't like the oval window with the plastic insert to make the tissues "pop up". Frequently the tissues fall down, and the user needs to squeeze his or her hand through the plastic insert to attempt to retrieve the next tissue. Also, the tissue shreds as it comes through this window, leaving bits and pieces of shredded tissue all over. It seems that Puffs is starting to use this same packaging system in many of its boxes of tissues. I prefer the large opening without the pop-up. It's easy to reach in, doesn't shred the product, and makes it much simpler to tell how much tissue still remains in the box. Please return to the large opening in all your boxes, except perhaps your cubes, intended for pop-ups. I like the tissues themselves, in most of their forms, but try to avoid these current full-size boxes with the pop-up inserts. More frequent alternatives in colors and designs on the boxes would also be nice, especially around holidays.

If I use any other tissue than these mybnose seems to scream at me! These get the job done without causing that horrible scraping and burning that the other "sandpaper like" Tissues cause. They are also thick enough to catch everything without ripping and getting stuff on your hands.

The Puffs Ultra non lotion facial tissue is an absolutely fine product especially during allergy season in Texas. This product does not "melt" when used for those occasions when the nose never stops running. I drive out of my way just to purchase this item because no other product comes near Puffs Ultra quality.

I always purchase Puff tissue. I purchased Pulls Ultra Soft this time, like I always do. They are very rough and not comforting to the nose at all. I think you must have changed them. Please changed them back. I might as well save money and buy the least expensive ones as they are as soft as the Puffs I just purchased. Very dissatisfied.

I buy tissue throughout the year for my daughters 2nd grade class. They go through it so fast! My daughter says that I buy the "best tissue" because they are so soft (and I always buy the ones with the lotion), and that all of her friends always want to use the tissue that her mom brings!!!! Thank you for making me a hit in her class!!!!!

I echo all previous negative comments about the new To Go package. No longer easy to access and too bulky. Basically there are no advantages, only disadvantages. Prior envelope style was simple to open and grab tissue. Also fit better in my purse. Now I'm back to folding full size Kleenex tissues and putting them in ziploc bags to carry. Was willing to pay more for the old Puffs, but now they're no different, so only buy what's least expensive. I used to buy cases of the old packages and distribute them to friends and family. Everyone misses them!

I have purchased Puffs in the past but this purchase of a package of 3 boxes of Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong are terrible because when you wipe your nose particles from the tissue stay on your nose and face. The particles also come off on to your clothing. I really think there is something wrong with these tissues, I have to keep checking my nose to make sure I don't leave anything..... Not good.

i am utterly disappointed in this product. i am having a cold so i usually purchase a soft tissue. usually i use klennex viral/lotion. but this time i give puffs a try. within 1 use, i can feel that this tissue is EXACTLY the same as regular (generic) its not soft at all for my runny nose. now my nose i scratched and red. ( never got this problem with klenex lotion/viral) i dont recommend this product to anyone having a cold. maybe for regular use (too expensive for regular use anyways)
