I have used your product for years and years....now I just bought another three pack with lotion only to fine the tissues are smaller and with less lotion! Things with the economy are bad enough.....please bring back the original puffs with lotion! Thank you

puffs the only one that I will use.My nose is tender and gets very sore when I have a cold. Thanks to puffs it makes a sore nose better.My only problem is I can never find puffs with vicks and that is my favorite please help the stores keep them in stock. Thank you Maggie

Being a disabled veteran and having many crrying issues along with soars, they are the best. Even when I used them in Iraq, they gave me that little bit of home in PA....I an thankful for my puffs, just cant affoard them anylonger as I fight to get disability and my retiremnt pay which sould be 3380 a month is only7 dollars....My wife has cancer so we do cry alot.....great product and thank you for listenin

I have used Puffs for years after Kleenex became fleemsy and worthless for a gal who keeps tissues in every pocket to handle a drippy nose. Now, Puffs have changed. They are no longer strong. Puffs come out of my pocket in torn strips and bits of pieces. Help.

In my most recent purchase of Puffs, I noticed each box of four total boxes has this same odd issue. Every so often, maybe about 20 to 30 times per box, a one-ply tissue would come out. Now I've had times where tissues split upon coming out of the box, but that's not what has been happening. I'll pull out a normal tissue, and the one it brings up next is only one-ply.

Puff's is the only brand I buy. I usually get the Puff's plus lotion to avoid the "Rudolph" appearance but I have also bought the the Soft & Strong too and love them. I think the Puff's Plus the Vicks is an ingenious idea and buy those too. Anything Puff's is good with me!

I go out of my way to find Puffs Ultra; and that is not easy since most stores carry either the regular Puffs or inferior brands. It is the only tissue that allows more than 1 blow. However, the new 1 at a time dispenser box is frustrating because I like to grab a handfull at a time to stick in my pocket, purse or just to have on hand. Please return to the former dispenser box.

I finally caught the cold that has been going around. Endless sneezing, coughing, nose-blowing. There is always a box of tissues in my home--whatever was on sale when I went to the store. This week, I deliberately stocked my place with Puffs Plus Lotion because lotion is better for a cold, right? Maybe not. My nose is feeling the pain of too much activity and when I grabbed yet another tissue this morning in a different room my nose thanked me. Felt cushiony, almost luxurious--like cashmere. So I checked the box: Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong. What?? Is the non-lotion tissue aka the Ultra Soft & Strong better than the "Plus Lotion"? I'd say so. My nose agrees. If Puffs would make a lotion-version of the US&S...wow. Meantime, I need Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong for my whole house!

I am extremely disappointed in my recent purchase of Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong. I suffer from yearround alergies and these were the only type I could find that were commonly available and were comfortable to use. However, with my last purchase came a SURPISE!! P&G had SHRUNK the size of the tissue by about and inch and they no longer had the 'strong' quality to them. The EWWW is getting thru!! Extremely Dissatisfied!!!!!

Recently purchased new boxes but still had old boxes running low around the house. The clear differences between the same brand months apart is sad. Old tissues strong, box made well. New boxes are weaker, flexible, and hard to open. The new tissues fall apart trying to pick up one. They disintegrate in your hand in a few seconds. Yet they are more expensive than 6 months ago.
