I have used Puffs regularly for years for their softness and the durability and size of the Ultra line. However, over the last few years the box designs have really become very ugly and cheap-looking. Compared to the cute dispenser cubes that Kleenex designs, the Puffs styles are second-rate. I agree that the tissues seem to have a rougher texture lately, and they do not seem to be as large as they originally were. I believe that an increased price for a constant size and quality would be a better solution, because these are the qualities that keep customers loyal. Finally, I am having alot of trouble finding the Ultra line locally. Most offerings at the local merchants are for the Vicks- and Lotion-coated tissues that won't work with my contact lenses. Have you cut back on production since it's not cold and flu season?

I have used Puffs for over 20 years. Over the last year there seems to be a major change in the tissues. The softness and cush factor have greatly decreased. Why the change? Recommending to others is borderline, better than others but not up to old standards.

LOVE the tissues and I'm VERY glad you don't use the one-at-a-time dispense method anymore. However, I absolutely HATE THE NEW UGLY BOX DESIGNS, especially when they are in a three-pack or more and several uber-ugly ones are in the pack. Who accepts these designs for your company anyway? I'm giving a good rating to the tissues, but wish there was a way to give a poor rating to the box designs.

Puffs has died. No longer soft and strong, and now box sizes have devolved to stupid cubes (from the '80's I think?). Of course the price has soared at the same time since there are fewer tissues, along with poorer quality, in each box than even a year ago. P&G I haved moved on to something with more quality making sure it is not a P&G brand. You are very disappointing.

I only buy puffs and have for many years. I have noticed that they are not a thick as they used to be. You can see through them and when you blow your nose it go right through, so you have to use twice as many. And they are not as soft as they used to be either.

Our family has been using Puff's Ultra Soft (what happened to Ultra Strong?) tissues for years. We love them but... We found that the lastest boxes of tissues are scented. This dissappoints us so much. We are a family that is sensitive to scents. Please please please ... I beg you ... stop adding scent to these tissues. You'll make us have to change brands and we don't want to have to do that. Not everything in our world needs to be scented. Do people really request that?

Over the holiday I seemed to get quite a bit of congestion. When I returned to work, I purchased a 3 pack of Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong tissues. My Kleenex tissues at home are much softer than these. These Puffs are making my nose sore and red. I am not happy.

Have been using Puffs Ultra (previously Extra Strength) for many years, as it holds up well in pockets/purses while still being relatively soft on the nose. But I HATE the new box and the way the sheets now pop up -- hate it. Will look around for an alternative for the first time in 25+ years.

I have bad allergies, but it these really help get the job done without hurting my nose.

Puffs Ultra is my favorite tissue for everyday use - they're so soft, but also really strong.
