This is the only tissue I will buy, however like other posters I am very disappointed in the change in boxing. I also feel as though they have been changed just a little, as in not quite as strong as they were. Please, please, put the product back as it was.

The Puffs To Go 32265 (21.3cm X 20.8cm) was a great product easy to use and convenient for fit in a pocket or purse. Many many people have been looking for it online but P&G apparently has discontinued production of that tissue in that package. Instead all that is available is the little Puff in the 20.3cm X 20.3cm size. I tried to buy the 32265 in bulk from many online sources but to no avail. Will P&G ever bring back the 32265?

I have always been confident when purchasing any version of Puffs tissues, with and without lotion, that I was purchasing a quality, non-scratchy product. I am disappointed that the Ultra Soft Puffs are not true to the name. I wouldn't expect this texture from an off-brand! They are stiff and scratchy. Does anyone check on quality control?

I was very disappointed to get the latest Puffs-to-Go. I loved the tissue and the old package. I showed a friend who works for Kleenex tissues how superior this tissue was to theirs. The tissue was stronger and larger. The package was much more convenient to carry in my purse and pocket. She admitted that this was a better product, Then you came out with an exact copy of the Kleenex tissue!! I am so disappointed in you!!

I have been using puffs plus forever and loved the product. I have been very dissapointed in the past few months due to the quality of your product. It seems the products quality has decreased, not as soft or as thick. I have allergies and use tissues several times a day. Before my nose never became red due to the tissue,now it is rougher on my nose ,doesn't seem as soft or as thick. I am so dissapointed. I noticed the boxes look smaller too, what is going on

I have purchased Puffs since you started making them. for about the past three months I get half way through the box and they fall to the bottom. This never happened before. IO bought a box of Kleenex to compare and it does not happen with their brand. It didn't use to happen with puffs , it seems like sloppy packaging.

I have bought Puffs Plus for ages and ages because they were so much better than anything else! They always saved a painful nose and took away the misery of a cold. Imagine my surprise when my first cold of the year came and I rushed to buy a box of Puffs Plus - and it was awful. You can feel the difference with your fingers - no lotion or super soft feeling! You can even *see* the difference - there's all these little lines on the tissue, and it is very, very rough. Naturally I assumed I bought a dud box. So I went to a different store and bought a three-pack. Same horrible rough stuff. I might as well be blowing my nose with toilet paper! Heck, the toilet paper is softer! I know these are tough economic times, and we all have to make cuts somewhere, but this is just unusable. Unless I hear this was a mass bad batch and they're back to the old soft tissues, I'm going to have to research the competition. :(

When are you going to stop making these ugly, garish boxes? They don't fit with any decor. What we have to do is take the tissues out of the ugly boxes and transfer to some boxes we have kept for just this purpose. We LOVE Puffs tissues. They are the best on the market and I usually take some along when staying at a hotel or someone's house because other people buy cheap tissues. NOW PLEASE FIX THE BOXES. Thank you

I was reading other reviews and was also wondering WHAT HAPPENED TO PUFFS TO GO?!!! They fit perfectly into the tissue holder in my car and the travel pack of tissues that I am stuck buying now, do not fit. Also, are not soft like the Puffs. The travel packs of Puffs are wonderful, please bring them back!! I also miss them in my purse and backpack. Also, I have noticed that I recently purchased the bigger boxes of Puffs and the quality is different than it used to be. The tissues are thinner and not quite as soft. What has happened?

The colors and designs of the boxes are terrible. I have started buying the Scotties brand because the box designs and colors are so terrible. Please go back to paintings of actual flowers that you used to have. Or do a country design.... these are so retro and not everyone has that in their homes. I only buy the puffs now when we need them for colds ... I like the product but definitely not the box design.
