We have used Puffs for several years mainly because they were much stronger than others. With the new box design, which we do not like, they are much thinner and weaker. You have to use two just to blow your nose. We are searching for another product.

I have used this product for many years and am disappointed that the boxes seem to have less and less tissues in them!! Why has this changed? I like these boxes because I can have them in numerous rooms and they don't take up a large space. I may have to change to the larger boxes or to a different product. My daughter has also commented on the lower quantity of the tissues in the boxes.

Excellent Product - Horrible Packaging!Please Please PG, bring back the family size box. These pop up boxes are enough to drive me away! These are by far the best tissues on earth, but the pop up box is the worst design on earth. When almost empty the box pulls up along with the tissue, knocking over water glasses etc. We also like to be able to add from one box to another which saves on recycling all the boxes....please please bring them back!!

When are you going to stop making these ugly, garish boxes? They don't fit with any decor. What we have to do is take the tissues out of the ugly boxes and transfer to some boxes we have kept for just this purpose. We LOVE Puffs tissues. They are the best on the market and I usually take some along when staying at a hotel or someone's house because other people buy cheap tissues. NOW PLEASE FIX THE BOXES. Thank you

Absolutely love your tissue product, buy both the small and large boxes. Small box I use a tissue cover so don't mind the packaging. Large box I use in the kitchen, I don't use a tissue cover and do not like the awful packaging. Colors too bright, would like softer earth tones without out a lot of florals or designs on them. Have been buying Kleenex brand for over a year when Puffs does not have any 'quieter' packaging on the grocery shelf! Just need classier packaging.

The new box is terrible. Now you are just like all the other guys. Have used Puffs for years because of the reach in box. It always looked neat, (with no tissues stickin out of the top) and I could get as many asI liked in one pass. I gone until the old style box comes back

Puffs have always been the only tissue that I buy, but I'm looking at other at other brands because of the poor quality, now. I wouldn't mind the raise in price if I the quality hadn't chained. One of the reasons that I always chose Puffs was the strenth and that's gone . Hopefully they might change back.

I still buy puffs extra strong but I have noticed their quality is not what it used to be.I don't mind recycled paper,what I do mind is finding sooooo many torn and half folded tissues in my boxes lately. Perhaps it's just my luck or perhaps your control is out of sorts. I think it is at least worth looking at over quality. thanks

Our family has been using Puff's Ultra Soft (what happened to Ultra Strong?) tissues for years. We love them but... We found that the lastest boxes of tissues are scented. This dissappoints us so much. We are a family that is sensitive to scents. Please please please ... I beg you ... stop adding scent to these tissues. You'll make us have to change brands and we don't want to have to do that. Not everything in our world needs to be scented. Do people really request that?
