5-10 years ago, I switched to Puffs Ultra Soft after realizing that Kleenex had degraded and become very thin. Perhaps hoping that we wouldn't notice, Puffs Ultra Soft has recently become what Kleenex has long been. May as well re-name these Puffs Ultra Thin. I will be looking for another brand and encourage you to as well.

I too have used Puffs Ultra for many, many years because they are so soft and strong. It is the only tissue I have bought for 30 years. But I am having trouble finding the regular size box now. I much prefer the box with the stacked tissues instead of the small box where they pop up. Please bring back the old box!

I am absolutely in love with Puffs plus Vicks . I always get one GOOD cold a winter that leaves me stranded on the couch; and I end up looking like Rudolph by the end of it. But I started using Puffs plus Vicks and it made a world of difference! My nose isn't nearly as red and I could breathe easier sooo much faster!!

We have been useing Puffs for many many years and will continue to kep useing them but why can't we find the puffs ultra in the big boxes we can only find them in the small 60 count I think boxes we have checked at all the department stores in our area and no one has them. Can you help us find them in the bigger boxes Thank you

The BEST! I rather Pay a little more and have my nose not stuffy and not aching from some stuff other tissue. This has help my kids so much with season of colds n flu 🤧 this will do the job!! I guaranteed this tissue will have u happy u choose this kind & brand!!

I have been unable to find Puffs Ultra in the box with the front open. All the stores are carrying is the pop-up puffs. I love Puffs Ultra and will continue to buy them. I do prefer the other type of box. When you pull a tissue from the pop-up box, the whole box lifts off the table. Thanks, just wanted to voice my opinion.

The tissues are fine but the last several boxes (out of 3 different 3-packs) have bits of glue on the edges, so that 5 or 6 tissues are stuck together on the ends. I assume the glue is somehow oozing into the box when the end flaps are sealed. It's annoying to try to grab one tissue and 5 or 6 come out of the box instead.

My wife and I do not appreciate the way you package your tissues. When newly opened, the first few tissues are so difficult to pull out they tear and are useless. The last 10 or so tissues pull out in one lump sum, and in order to use them we must unfold each tissue and lay them out on the counter. If we do not do this they are useless. This is not a random issue. It happens with every box we use. Therefore, we will no longer buy your product.

Absolutely love your tissue product, buy both the small and large boxes. Small box I use a tissue cover so don't mind the packaging. Large box I use in the kitchen, I don't use a tissue cover and do not like the awful packaging. Colors too bright, would like softer earth tones without out a lot of florals or designs on them. Have been buying Kleenex brand for over a year when Puffs does not have any 'quieter' packaging on the grocery shelf! Just need classier packaging.

This product is great for my constant allergies where i have to blow my nose. When I use the basic tissues i end up with a sore nose that burns like crazy. With the lotion I do not get the sores and my nose feels soft. For the extra price you are way better of getting these puffs plus lotion.
