Our family of five allergy sufferers love Puffs Ultra To Go packs. I have searched in many stores to buy the six pack of tissues without success. One store manager of a large chain said they did not control what the buyers send to the store. Can I purchase the Puffs To Go packages on line? We were forced to purchase Kleenex brand purse size packs last week and they don't come close to the quality of our Puffs. Help!!

With allergy season starting I have had a few bad days already. Recently I must have had some in a hoodie I was wearing and forgot to check pockets when I put them in the wash. Upon opening the dryer I found a few fragments of tissue and thought to myself "Oh great I am going to be cleaning up tissues for days" Must to my surprise 80% of the tissues remained unharmed and were still soft as ever. I will definitely be continuing my use of Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong!

My 95 year old mother-in-law buys these all the time, the last ones she bought were fine for about 10 tissues but then they were put in the box wrong and would not come out. She opened another box and it was the same way. she can not use them so thats at least two boxes , she hasn't opened the other two yet, that she can not use.

I fell in love with your Ultra's To Go, I have always been a Kleenex user/buyer, until I found these gems. I liked the 12 pack of 21.3cmX20.8cm. I was ready to kiss the Kleenex goodbye, but then someone in your company decided that the buying public does not know what they want/need. I can no longer find them, so guess what I am going back to Kleenex. Good Luck next time.

I absolutely Love PUFFS, and buy no others even if the box is prettier or more decorative. The reason I love puffs so much is that, these tissues will hold up in the washing machine.. Yes there's always a tissue buried deep in the pocket in someone's jeans, that you did not retrieve prior to laundering. Ever opened up you washer to a white mess of mutilated tissue paper? Puffs does not do this, they've even come out of the dryer in one piece, to where one could probably reuse it again? Though that would be between you & your Puff!! I do miss the Puffs on the go package that has been discontinued, this package made for easy access, the Puffs on the Go now, is OK, but I'm not a fan of the packaging. Please continue to keeping the product soft & durable.

I have used Puffs forever and will not buy any other brand. But my recent purchase of a box of Ultra must have come from a stock where something bad happened. The tissues are not soft, in fact they're hard and scratchy. And they have the odor of plastic when you put them to your nose. I think this was just one bad batch and wonder how many other people got hold of a box from this pallet. I will definately return them to the store for refund.

I have used Puffs ultra soft and strong for so many years, I'cant even remember how long now. Since you just changed the box, (fall of 2011) the tissue is a lot smaler, thinner, and not as soft as it used to be. I am very disapointed that you have changed the tissue and I will have to look for other tissue that is the nice soft, thick kind you used to sell.

This product has changed. I used to use puffs exclusively because I thought they were the softest tissue available. In recent years, I've begun to think they're not as soft as they used to be but I continue to purchase them. I have two boxes in my home currently and halfway into the box it seems like the tissue changed. They are so rough it feels like I'm using a paper towel. Unfortunately I will no longer be a loyal purchaser of puffs. I was wondering if other people feel the same.

What is happening to your tissues? We have been a long time user of this product but over the last several boxes, we have come across tissues that are smaller than others. It feels like you are cutting corners to save a penny. Please fix it or I'm moving to a different brand. I have pictures if you need to see them.

I too have used Puffs Ultra for many, many years because they are so soft and strong. It is the only tissue I have bought for 30 years. But I am having trouble finding the regular size box now. I much prefer the box with the stacked tissues instead of the small box where they pop up. Please bring back the old box!
