My grocery store doesn't carry the Puffs I use, so I make an extra stop at a store that does, just to buy what I want. I have 8 boxes of Puffs US&S cubes in various places in my apartment at all times. Several of them are in cube tissue holders. I just put a refill in my snowman cube holder only to find that the box from my “New! Puffs...” seems lost down in the holder. That's when I discover that the box has fewer tissues than before. I understand that product profitability sometimes calls for product changes, but we know that has to do only with profit. You could have just increased the price. I would understand why. I have a small investment in cube holders that now seem to rise way above the level of the tissue in the box. It's just one more problem to tackle. Do I build a platform for the tissue box to sit on inside the holder, or do I find another tissue?

What has happened to our Puffs Non-Lotion Tissues? They are now so thin you can almost see through them and when you blow your nose the snot goes right through them onto your fingers. And because they are so thin now they are not soft anymore either, they are rougher feeling. They used to be strong and thick, but not anymore. I am so disappointed in Puffs.

I have used the stronger Puffs since they came out. Wouldn't think of changing but....I hate the pop up box. When you get near the end of the tissues and give one a pull the entire box leaves the table and they make more dust than the other kind of box.

The new box is terrible. Now you are just like all the other guys. Have used Puffs for years because of the reach in box. It always looked neat, (with no tissues stickin out of the top) and I could get as many asI liked in one pass. I gone until the old style box comes back

I purchase two four -packs of the ultra soft 56 2-ply tissues. Every single package the first 20 or so tissues had to be removed in one huge lump as they appeared to be packaged " upside down" or something. I don't usually mind about such things, but after opening the 8th box today I have to say it is very annoying to have to look at 20 tissues on top of the box. I do like the quality of the product but the packaging issue needs to be improved.

I LOVE PUFFS ULTRA TISSUES BUT THE NEW BOXES ARE UGLY. WOULD YOU BELIEVE SOME OF US STILL HAVE BLUE IN THEIR DECOR. NONE OF THE BOXES ARE BLUE, BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER, I QUIT BUYING PUFFS. GO BACK TO THE PRIOR BOX DESIGNS AND I WILL BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are the best tissues that have ever been made. They are softer than Puffs regular, but they don't leave a funny feeling on your nose like Puffs with Lotion. I have chronic sinus issues, and if I don't use these tissues, my nose gets so raw and sore. The only thing that would make these any better would be to offer them in bigger boxes, so that people like me don't have to constantly run to the store for them

The last several boxes we bought have been awful. They do not come up when pulled out, they fall apart, terrible product the last few month and ready to go to another brand if this is not corrected. Too expensive to have to keep putting back together to get them to come up

I still buy puffs extra strong but I have noticed their quality is not what it used to be.I don't mind recycled paper,what I do mind is finding sooooo many torn and half folded tissues in my boxes lately. Perhaps it's just my luck or perhaps your control is out of sorts. I think it is at least worth looking at over quality. thanks

Puffs have always been the only tissue that I buy, but I'm looking at other at other brands because of the poor quality, now. I wouldn't mind the raise in price if I the quality hadn't chained. One of the reasons that I always chose Puffs was the strenth and that's gone . Hopefully they might change back.
