I like this product so much that I wish they made toilet paper to go with it.

Too much Tissue pulp coming out when extracting tissues from box

I noticed lately that the Puffs Plus w/lotion IS NOT as soft as it used to be. can't hardley tell it has lotion. Is this something new to make it stronger? I like it softer..Have used it for years and years, so we did notice.

I have purchased several boxes of Puffs Ultra recently and in each box there seems to be many tissues that feel like sandpaper, not soft, very scratchy and uncomfortable on a tender nose.

When you get a tissue that actually doesn't split the ply, they're fine. Also, about 3/4 through the box, the tissues stop coming out and you have to retrieve the clump at the bottom that contains the rest of the tissues.

I am completely disappointed in this product. It says "Ultra Soft", but it is the exact opposite. I bought four boxes on Saturday, choosing your product over Kleenex, and will never buy yours again. Never.

I have used Puffs for years, this is the first time I bought the Puffs Ultra Soft. I'm sorry but this tissue is anything but soft and is very rough to touch.

Puffs no longer has that superior cushy softness. The tissues were very coarse and felt very much like Kleenex's lower quality brand. I was/am very disappointed.

Will no longer use PUffs.. Poor Quality, poor packing of merchandise, not the quality Puff has been in the past. Tissue separates and falls apart when used. Very unhappy with your product.

As someone with severe allergies who uses lots of tissues, I was disappointed when my local stores phased out the ultra soft & strong, which were fabulous. The ultra soft are way too flimsy to be of any use to a serious tissue user.
