The softer the paper, the more lint there may be. We have many quality checks in place to make sure that your Puffs are soft and comforting when you need them, and we're sorry if your recent purchase doesn't measure up to your standards. We’re so sorry that the tissue isn’t coming out of the carton opening as easily as expected and we understand how frustrating that can be! We have high standards for every part of our packaging process, but it is possible that when the bundle of tissue was being inserted into the carton it could have shifted slightly, causing the issue you’re experiencing with dispensing. As you continue dispensing tissues, it should become easier to pull them out smoothly. Once there’s a little more room in the carton it should allow the bundle to shift back where it should be for proper dispensing. Robert, Puffs Simple Softness tissues have been discontinued at this time. This was our everyday tissue for noses in as part of our value line. For upgraded comfort, we invite you to give our Ultra line a try. Puffs Ultra Soft is our most soothing tissue to soothe sore noses.
