We have been using Puffs Ultra as our tissue of choice for over a decade - this latest batch is 4069U0201S2 - much rougher and less useful than I have ever had from Puffs Ultra. If it matters, we bought 2, 3-packs of 124 count at that time.

I am completely disappointed in this product. It says "Ultra Soft", but it is the exact opposite. I bought four boxes on Saturday, choosing your product over Kleenex, and will never buy yours again. Never.

Please bring back the original version of Puffs-To-Go. The tiny version carried in stores is too small for man-size use. May as well buy the competition.

I noticed lately that the Puffs Plus w/lotion IS NOT as soft as it used to be. can't hardley tell it has lotion. Is this something new to make it stronger? I like it softer..Have used it for years and years, so we did notice.

I switched to Puffs many years ago, but these days they are SO scratchy that I might be forced to switch again. I don't want to use the lotion version, they're too slimy feeling. Bring back my Puffs!! 9163U0201N2

Puffs forgot the Old Adage :If it ain't broke don't fix it." The original basic was great, good value great,product, Now, below the original standards I am used to from the Puffs I've used for more htan five years.

BEST tissue you can find - but the new, bright boxes are embarassing to have around the house. I kept some old boxes and refill them with tissues from the new boxes. Since the new design, they are nearly impossible to find in stores in my area.

Several years user. For the past several months the 2 ply facial tissue has been single ply, badly stacked. I'm going back to Kleenex until the quality is back. I'll check in January.

I always usePuffs Ultra soft. Gentle and plush on nose and thick enough to avoid messes. I especially like a couple of the patterns and wish you had them more.
