I love the Ultra tissues. Especially during cold season when you need your tissue to stay in one piece. My one and only complaint is the box designs. I was very disappointed in the designs just pervious to these new ones. But I have to say that just when I thought that the designs couldn't get any worse, they did. People like the colors of their boxes to be a part of their decor. They don't want them to stand out. These newest designs are awful. The colors do not go with anything. Most homes today have earthtones and the use of any of these boxes clashes horribly. Please go back to letting the box compliment a decor not clash with it.

I use Puffs Ultra regularly. They are my favorite of your tissues. I also keep some Puffs w/Lotion on hand for when I have a cold. They have saved me from having a sore nose many times. I won't use the Puffs with Vicks because I never have liked that scent but I see that many like them. The Vicks scent fills the tissue section of the grocery store and many times I buy a box of Ultra and they even smell like Vicks. I don't like that! One other thing - from a decorator at heart. Your new box colors are awful. Please go back to the pretty pastel colors that at least can blend in with your bathroom or bedroom decor. My favorite was the light green and lavender iris flowers. Even just make an all white box if you have to stay with these awful dark colors. The newest decorator themes for 2009 are going back to pastels - FYI. Thankis.

I love the Puffs brand.... I love the bright colors! I am a young, college student, which may be the reason I enjoy the designs more than others... I found the old colors to be boring and dull. I would suggest the company to provide both styles of boxes to keep everyone happy. :)

My subjective experience tells me that the quality of Puff is poorer than in the past. If I had a box from several years ago I could verify this impression by weighing the older product and comparing the weight to the same number of tissues from a current box. The current tissues seem thinner and less substantial than the earlier product. While I cannot be certain that this is the case, I do find them inadequate, and, though I have been a faithful user of P&G products for many years, it is time for me to consider alternatives.

I have been noticing for sometime that the quality of Puffs has been slipping. Just got three pack of Puffs Ultra Soft tissues and they are like wiping your nose with dried corn husk or thin dry cardboard. I could use the material of the box and it would not be any rougher.

I have faithfully searched for these tissues for years. I use almost a box a day. I'm a pet sitter with allergies. I opened a box bought recently to find you have removed the softness completely and replaced it with scratchiness! Very disappointing. I didn't mind the price for the old version but won't pay a dime for this new version! SAD!

Just curious from which century your box design people are from? While we love Puffs in this household - the latest designs on the boxes are so bad - enough to make me want to change brands just because of the designs. Please - have your design people work with a designer on current bath colors and muted designs - it's what we want - no flowers or wild geometric patterns! Don't believe me? Go to the stores and take a poll - while we may buy our favorite brand no matter what - ugly box design means the box stays hidden.

I converted from other brands years ago because the strength of Puffs tissues is superior. But the latest boxes that they've designed have got to be the ugliest tissue boxes ever! I'm buying some other brands instead and hoping that they hire a new designer.

As someone with a chronically running nose, I need strong tissues and something that won't make my nose hurt. Other brands tend to be too thin or like sandpaper. I've been using Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong for years and wouldn't change, but I've been disappointed lately. I'm not sure what you have changed, but the past few times I have purchased, they don't seem to be so soft anymore. They feel like they have gotten rougher and I'm guessing something has changed as far as manufacturing. Maybe it's to cut costs. Whatever i is, the quality has gone down!

You only got 2 stars because your quality control has gone to crap. Two ply sheets come out one ply or torn. The sheets in the bottom of the box come folded over which pushes up the top sheets making it seem like the box is packed when it isn't. This has been going on for over a year and it is past time to look at the management at the Puffs Plus plant. We are way past blaming this on Covid.
