I've been using Puffs for years. Since the change to their product line in 2013, the tissues are not as soft as they used to be. When I have the cold or flu and need to use lots of tissues, my nose turns red and starts stinging from using the tissues. Puffs used to be the only tissue that didn't do that to me. Not anymore.

I do not like that you changed your packaging for the purse. I only purchase your brand for my purse and car they are great. Most of all they were different than all the other brands. They fit and look like a hankie. They fit and look great in men's pant pocket , ladies purse, my car console, backpack, etc. The pouch keeps them neat and clean, they didn't fall out or apart. I even give the 6 pack as a side gifts because they are so great. Where can I find the old style.

I love the Ultra tissues. Especially during cold season when you need your tissue to stay in one piece. My one and only complaint is the box designs. I was very disappointed in the designs just pervious to these new ones. But I have to say that just when I thought that the designs couldn't get any worse, they did. People like the colors of their boxes to be a part of their decor. They don't want them to stand out. These newest designs are awful. The colors do not go with anything. Most homes today have earthtones and the use of any of these boxes clashes horribly. Please go back to letting the box compliment a decor not clash with it.

As someone with a chronically running nose, I need strong tissues and something that won't make my nose hurt. Other brands tend to be too thin or like sandpaper. I've been using Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong for years and wouldn't change, but I've been disappointed lately. I'm not sure what you have changed, but the past few times I have purchased, they don't seem to be so soft anymore. They feel like they have gotten rougher and I'm guessing something has changed as far as manufacturing. Maybe it's to cut costs. Whatever i is, the quality has gone down!

I've used Puff's for years because they are strong enough to stand up to monster coughs, sneezes and other byproducts of colds/flu and allergies. The new box is no where near the quality and durability that I remember. This is also true of recent Charmin and Bounty purchases. P&G - please go back to the original formulations!!!

I have been using Puffs for a very long time and think that they are the best tissue ever, although, I am very disappointed that the box has been changed from a pop up top to an open hole. It is very difficult to just get one tissue out. So frustrating!

Used to love the Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong tissues and didn't mind paying more for them than the other brands. You say you only changed the name not the quality. Sorry, you are wrong, they are definitely a cheaper quality and I will no longer be buying Puffs for this reason. Not worth the extra cost anymore.

Puffs Ultra are the best tissue for me (use Plus for the kids with colds), but the new pop-up packaging is the pits. Cant get them started, lose them towards the end, and cant grab a few nicely folded for pocket or purse. Please go back to the old way!

Have noticed numerous boxes we hav purchased for home consumption have 2 or 3 sheets ripped in have from manufacturing.
