I have been a loyal Puffs Ultra fan for years. I purchase 2 big boxes every week for my family (allergies). Recently, there are tissues in the box that feel like a bad generic. I will now be switching. Why pay the extra money if the consistent quality is now gone?

Living in Buffalo & with children, tissue boxes in the car gets crushed and soggy with our snowy weather. The Puffs soft packs was the best solution. Now that we have this solution, they can't be found in any store anymore! Bring back the soft packs!

I have noticed since my past purchases these tissues are much thinner than they used to be and I have to use more of them to get the thickness that they used to have. Puffs used to be my tissue of choice but I hate to say it but I am now a Kleenex purchaser when I used to not be one. I always opted for Puffs over Kleenex brand.

Just curious from which century your box design people are from? While we love Puffs in this household - the latest designs on the boxes are so bad - enough to make me want to change brands just because of the designs. Please - have your design people work with a designer on current bath colors and muted designs - it's what we want - no flowers or wild geometric patterns! Don't believe me? Go to the stores and take a poll - while we may buy our favorite brand no matter what - ugly box design means the box stays hidden.

What has happened to the new box designs? They are unsightly. I now am buying Kleenex brands. Please re-consider the former designs or make the current designs less abstract. I don't want to leave a box anywhere in my home. And what is with all the 'brown' in the designs. You definitely have to re-work your color and designs. Until I see some improvement, you've lost a customer. Sorry. And sorry you've gone 'ugly!'

My subjective experience tells me that the quality of Puff is poorer than in the past. If I had a box from several years ago I could verify this impression by weighing the older product and comparing the weight to the same number of tissues from a current box. The current tissues seem thinner and less substantial than the earlier product. While I cannot be certain that this is the case, I do find them inadequate, and, though I have been a faithful user of P&G products for many years, it is time for me to consider alternatives.

You only got 2 stars because your quality control has gone to crap. Two ply sheets come out one ply or torn. The sheets in the bottom of the box come folded over which pushes up the top sheets making it seem like the box is packed when it isn't. This has been going on for over a year and it is past time to look at the management at the Puffs Plus plant. We are way past blaming this on Covid.

I've used Puff's for years because they are strong enough to stand up to monster coughs, sneezes and other byproducts of colds/flu and allergies. The new box is no where near the quality and durability that I remember. This is also true of recent Charmin and Bounty purchases. P&G - please go back to the original formulations!!!

I've been using Puffs for years. My grandmother's house always smelled like Puffs, when they still had a fragrance. As time goes on, they get worse and worse. No fragrance & the boxes get uglier and uglier. Who designs these things anyway? Now the tissues aren't as soft. What a shame to ruin a perfectly nice product.

As someone with a chronically running nose, I need strong tissues and something that won't make my nose hurt. Other brands tend to be too thin or like sandpaper. I've been using Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong for years and wouldn't change, but I've been disappointed lately. I'm not sure what you have changed, but the past few times I have purchased, they don't seem to be so soft anymore. They feel like they have gotten rougher and I'm guessing something has changed as far as manufacturing. Maybe it's to cut costs. Whatever i is, the quality has gone down!
