I used to always buy Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong because they were so much softer and more absorbent than other tissues. Just in this last year they have changed and now feel rough and scratchy like hospital tissues. They also seem to be less thick than they used to be. Now they actually make Kleenex seem soft by comparison.

I've used Puffs for decades. Either the Extra Strength or Ultra Soft & Strong, but can no longer find the Ultra Soft & Strong. My store tells me you have changed or "improved" the Ultra Soft and thus eliminated the Ultra Soft & Strong. Well, as far as I'm concerned there was no improvement. I've always preferred Puffs over other brands but with the lighter weight tissues there is little or no difference. If Puffs returns the "heavy duty" tissues I will continue to buy your product. If not, well, you know the rest.

LOVE Puffs tissue! We suffer from seasonal allergies and would be lost without Puffs. My only complaint is that I can no longer find "Puffs to Go" in ANY of our stores! How can I purchase "Puffs to Go"? We are desperate for good travel tissue! Please convince our stores in Denver to carry "Puffs to Go" again immediately!

What has happened to Puffs?! I've used this product for decades. This new "ultra soft" is a worthless piece of garbage. Big hunks of lint the size of a quarter fall out of every 5th tissue. They're weak and scratchy. They're thin and they tear when used, leaving mess all over your hands. Might as well use nothing but your bare hand! A better name for these is Ultra Weak and Scratchy!

Puffs are superior to Kleenex in every way but one. When you pull a tissue from a Kleenex box, the next one pops up so you can get it easily. Puffs don't pop up and you find yourself digging through the small hole in the top of the box trying to grab the next tissue. Very frustrating, especially if your hands are wet or messy.

I've been buying Puffs with lotion for years because I have allergies. this time I bought Puffs Soft and Strong thinking they would be better, or stronger. I am very disappointed! The Puffs Soft and Strong felt like sandpaper on my nose compared to the Puffs with Lotion. I will never buy the Puffs Soft and Strong again.

What has happened to my Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong tissues??? The new packaging says Ultra Soft but they are not as heavy or strong as the older ones were. And when I order online the box says Ultra Soft and Strong, but when I get the item is only says Ultra Soft. I couldn't blow through the Soft and Strong tissues, I do with the new Ultra Soft ones. Sad customer that needs a heavy strong tissue.

Used to love the Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong tissues and didn't mind paying more for them than the other brands. You say you only changed the name not the quality. Sorry, you are wrong, they are definitely a cheaper quality and I will no longer be buying Puffs for this reason. Not worth the extra cost anymore.

Puffs Ultra are the best tissue for me (use Plus for the kids with colds), but the new pop-up packaging is the pits. Cant get them started, lose them towards the end, and cant grab a few nicely folded for pocket or purse. Please go back to the old way!

I have two beautiful plastic canvas covers that my daughter made for me that I have been using for several years. Unfortunately, you have increased the dimensions of the box and it is now an extremely tight fit! I'm afraid that I will ruin my gifts! I hope this is a production error, or I will have to find a new product since I don't want to stop using these decorative additions to my bathrooms.
