This product was easy to assemble-easiest with 2 people. Solid product that throws a lot of heat! A perfect addition to the patio. It even came with the cover!

We'd been eyeing a variety of LP fire pits across a big range of price points. Happened to stumble across this at our local warehouse. Just as other reviewers have noted, it's very well-engineered, good fit and finish, was well-packaged, assembled easily - probably a bit longer than the hour estimated - and works perfectly. Instructions were easy by following the diagrams. (The typed English was definitely 'as-a-second-language'). Required only a #2 Philips screwdriver. We've used it for several hours already - not sure how long it will operate on a full tank. A slight breeze will make the flame flutter, but it hasn't blown out. (Now I understand why other models often include a glass shield around the burner.) It works great on our patio here in SW Florida just to take the chill off of winter evenings, and has plenty of space to place drinks on the solid tiled surface surrounding the burner, without making them too hot. This product is a great value for the price. It's about what we wanted to spend, but certainly seems to have the quality of more expensive models.

The fire pit itself looks great and the price was right; however, the flames keep going out on their own within 10 minutes every time, that is if you can get the flames going in the first place. And I can't use it beyond a slightly less than medium setting, because the flame simply won't stay on. Also, after several uses the battery-powered igniter no longer works either so I have to resort to using matches to light it now. I've tried several propane tanks, both full and less full, and nothing fixes the problem. I wouldn't buy this again and I would have returned it if I hadn't discarded the packaging and if it wasn't so heavy.
