This is one of the BEST GF pizzas we've found yet! It's flavorful as-is, but a sprinkle of Basil & Oregano really took it over the top & no one added salt to their slice. Plus, you can't beat the price! It can stand up to packing on some extra veggies, like peppers, onions & even more spinach (pickled red onions were amazing). It will also hold up well to throwing on some pepperoni - I recommend dicing the pepperoni up a little bit though, it actually helps keep down on the grease pools pepperoni can sometimes cause, especially on a crust like cauliflower that won't soak it up. Honestly, I wouldn't change a single thing - it baked up beautifully in my sketchy oven, too. LOL

I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review. Very good, but was hoping for more flavor from the white sauce (thinking alfredo). It also needed some protein so we added salmon to one, and chicken with extra cheese on the other.

I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review. I am a huge fan of white pizza in general - my husband, not so much. I got this pizza to try out and it has blown me away. First, my husband went back for seconds before even finishing the pizza on his plate. Second, I am a saucy girl and this had just the right amount of sauce to cheese ratio! Like perfect. The spinach on top was nice too! I'd love to add some chicken to it. The crust actually had a flavor to it and was not bland or cardboardy. We cooked on this revolving pizza maker we have and it crisped up the cheese perfectly! I definitely see me going back to get this again in the next few weeks. I couldn't even tell it was a cauliflower crust, it tasted like a normal thin crust pizza to me.
